 Milage is 16.3 KMPL (Honda clims 27.4 KMPL), Sounds like as if you are driving a tractor (After Closing the Windows) Even the low cost diesel car which is mostly used as Taxies will not have this much of Noise when we travel by closing windows & AC.

Mechanical Sound in Brakes, Unsafe to drive.

Never expected this kind of quality of car from HONDA ??????

Never expected this kind of attitude of the HONDA TEAM ????????

Might be this is the only car defective. But nobody is listening.

 Nobody bothered to rectify.

If we give rating 10 out of 10 get many calls, if not nobody calls to find out the problem ???????

With all these you can make out how frustrated your customer is ????????

Areas of improvement  

 Customer care , Avoid cheating the customer , attend customer problems, unsafe condition should be given top priority.

 Within 3 Months we purchsed one more Car but we never turned to Honda Showroom.

One of my friend had finalised the JAZZ (waiting to book it on the aspicious day) fortunately he met me and asked me about the performance ------- he dropped the idea.
