      I bought the car 1.5 years ago and have driven it close to 30,000 Km. It was my dream to own a BMW but sadly 520d shattered all my dreams.

      The car looks good on exteriors and has an amazing drive quality. But the interior space & comfort is horrible. 

      The car has to go to workshop every 20-25 days because the tire burst off or the alloys get tilted which has never happened with us ever before with any other car. Whenever we have to travel outside Delhi to roads like Haridwar or Aligarh every time alloys bend and it is a nightmare to drive this car now.

      Service is horrible.They do not even provide pick up & pick drop service. Car has been delivered to me many times without even cleaning, all covered in dirt. Overall Horrible experience after spending almost half crore rupees.

      We have taken 5 insurance claims in 1.5 years only because of the tiers and alloys. 

      Overall a very bad experience with such an expensive car. Buy the car only if you want to drive it alone or with fellow passenger just at times.

      It's amazing experience of bmw 5series which one I drive.i driven car about 200 km on highway.its great experience.The interior of the car is very peaceful and luxurious .sound system is excellent in 5series.It gives luxurious experience inside the car.Thre is vast space in the car.its cool experience with bmw.       So, I was going for a new bmw 5 series which was costing me pretty expensive so I went for a used bmw 5 series according to me it is more sensible to go for a used bmw as it won’t cost heavy to your pocket as well as you can get it in a good condition in. today’s time bmw 5 series costs somewhat around 65-70 lakhs, well with almost the same features you can buy a used 2011-12 40-60k kms run bmw for about 12-14 lakhs, that’s a huge difference isn’t it?. Let’s talk about pros, considering the power and the luxury will be some what same as the new one where as we talk about average I get somewhat around 9-11 kmpl which is pretty descent for the amount of luxury it delivers. Some of its cons are, some of its interior are very poorly built for eg. ac vents (the break real easily) and the buttons they tend to loose colour real quick as well as the cabin lights are very delicate. BMW is totally a drivers car one who enjoys to drive must go for it and they’ll be happy for the rest while.

      The buying experience was fine because I didn’t have any long negotiations with the seller and it’s amazing and sexy car to drive and it has fantastic sporty look and gives soo much comfort and the performance is high.
