Front grill is very different and stands tall</p> <p><strong>Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)</strong></p> <p>three adults can seat comfortably on rare seat, and seating is comfortable with ample of leg spaces. Boot space is excellent providing space for almost everything. overall interior is cool and good.</p> <p><strong>Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox</strong></p> <p>Diesel engine rocks with excellent fuel economy (18-20km). Engine is sensitive to acceleration and pick up is good with a/c on.</p> <p><strong>Ride Quality & Handling</strong></p> <p>driving gives sporty feeling as handling is not as smooth as any luxary car and seating position is high. Ford India failed to introduce new fusion as they introduced other models, which is reflected by sale values </p> <p> </p>fuel economy is very good. front look is awesome.interior is excellent, dash board design is cool, overall car is very spacious and comfortable. | BMW = PATHETIC SERVICE & CHEATERS <p>Experience at BMW dealerships for after sales has always been sad , depressing and a big problem in terms of waiting , appointments , timely delivery etc.</p> <p>There is a waiting period of 20 Days for appointment for a normal service. This shows how under staffed they are or lack of infrastructure for after sales.</p> <p>It seems after sales service is not a priority or of any importance to BMW or there dealers. They have just no respect for your customers time.</p> <p>The dealership does not even have adequate staff to handle the appointments and the staff they have is mostly untrained or under training to make the process even slower.</p> <p>May be you should take your dealers to a Toyota workshop to see how professionally & efficiently they work without wasting any time and most importantly respecting and valuing customers time and appointment.</p> <p>All this was not enough so your Dealership has now hit the bottom of the pit as they have now has started cheating customers by replacing worn out parts with second hand/old parts instead of new.</p> <p>This is in reference to the Support assembly of the left shocker of my car which was replaced on 21 April 2012 this particular part has a warranty of 2 years but it broke down in just 5 months</p> <p>This clearly indicates that the part changed earlier was either A second hand / old part or it was repaired and put back in my car and the dealership kept the new part for itself.</p> <p>I do not understand how can a part which has a warranty of 2 years give away in 5 months????
