This Vehicle Is Highly Attractive This vehicle is highly attractive with good maintenance and a pleasing appearance. It is especially useful for middle-class families and proves to be amazing. The mileage is excellent, and it's also practical for college campuses.

Horrible spare parts management and customer relation

Exterior : Excellent    Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): very good   Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: not good   Ride Quality & Handling: ok   Final Words: I got an accident on 1st of November evening and immediately took it to workshop ( Kaikan Ford) on very next day morning. From the workshop they said as the car is new so they don't have all the spare parts so it will take 3 days to get them. When till 12th the spare parts didn't arrive I had lodged a complaint to Ford India. Ford India's Customer relation person Husna Banu took my case and promised to update me from time to time which she never did. Just when dealership on 17th afternoon received the spare parts then she called to say it will reach in the evening where as matter of fact the parts actually reached workshop. Then on 18th I received the car and the workshop guys honestly told me that one part is still missing and they have fixed the accident affected part till the time the part arrive so that I can use the car till that time.  After that Husna Banu called next day that if I am happy with the dealer's repair work, without knowing that still they are waiting for a part from Ford India. When I told her that she promised to look after the matter and again vanished. Till date no reply for my mails not even a call to update me when the part will arrive, if I call they say trying their best without giving a concrete answer. It's 25 days since I took the car to Ford workshop. Please think twice before purchasing a Ford Product. Perfect car for an Indian family

Writing this review after driving for 30,000 + km, out of which drove more than 17,000 km on highways, and being able to drive consistently at speeds of 110-120kmph on highways. Never had any problem with the mechanism of the vehicle. From a seating perspective: can easily fit in 2 adults in the last row, if it's children then 3 comfortably. Renault's cost of servicing is a little on the higher side, Overall the experience has been great.

While the Indian market has been going gaga over the crossover and compact SUVs, the sub-four metre sedans silently continue to sell in large numbers. The Dzire, Xcent, Amaze and Zest in total, consistently account for over 25,000 units every month. Ford is looking for a pie of this segment with the new Figo Aspire sedan, which will go head-on with the above mentioned cars. One and half year after the debut in concept form at the 2014 Auto Expo, one might say that Ford is late to the party, but this party is just getting started.
