Never buy a car from Tanya Cars Ltd. Jaipur as it is only Showroom in Jaipur. so have monopoly in selling and service. After one year Experience i can say it was my worst decision of my life to buy Volkswagen from Tanya Cars.

Booking Time: False commitment, Selling the scheme as higher cost, Insurance from Bajaj Alliance only.

After Sales Service Worst: My car in Service center on 9th July 2014 and still not ready to deliever till today 11th August 2014. Service engineer ,GM not picking up my calls, no one responding. Registered Complaints against on 18002XXXXXX on 9th August no answer till now.

This is not first time it happend earlier also. 3rd time same problem same promises.

Even complaint toll free number is just for listening to you they will close complaint automatically without any approval.

Service Englineer say after Alignement your car can run straight only for 50 Meters. Now you decide.

Volkwagen part: Framing can broken on normal speek breaker no gaurntee. Now pay 4000Rs from your pocket.

I Paid for AMC which does mean to cover labour cost. Your tale light broken Labour fees 700Rs. Why i am paying AMC. Called on service center no answer in the end had to pay. Now if you want pay them than buy.

If you are going to buy a car from Tanya Cars: they think BAkra come now cut them it and Eat. They think you are foolish dont know about cars and you will buy just beacuse of BRAND NAMe.

At service center they are thief will just take out the money from your pocket and you will be helpless.

It is a long story of my Exeperience to buy car from Volkwagen and Specially Tanya Cars.

If u r going to buy once make call me if u wish 8890XXXXXX. I am not saying dont buy but you must ensure where u can save your money and how u can deal them in bettr way.

I bought my car under fully loaded scheme 3 year Maintainence (AMC Charge 796Rs. per month) where as one time service total cost all include 8400Rs. and u paying rs. 9600+ Alignment and balancing, 3 year Insurance free where as the insuracne just of rupes 25000Rs 1st year, 21000 2nd year.
