Ride Quality & Handling I have seen reviews in most of the forums that there is left pulling problem in VW vehicles. Good example is myself. I have visited VW service dealer to get my left pulling issue rectified from past 6 months ( since i have taken the vehicle). Now my car is done with 12000 Kms mileage and got the following changed during this 8 visits to Vw service station (1st Time - Left shock absorber, 2nd time - 2 front tyres, 3rd Time - right Shock absorber, 4th Time - front crossmember, 5th Time - Knuckle Joints, 6th Time - Multiple tests done by VW Fly doctors, 7th Time -  VW Fly doctors & Engineers from Plant have done R & D to find out the issue and finally changed rear axel & all 4 tyres. But now the problem has been moved from left pulling to right side.

Final Words After 4th Visit they have verbally told that they will initiate talks with VW to replace the vehicle if the problem is not rectified after changing Knuckle joints. But not kept thier words and inturn wanted me to bring back my car and VW team is coming to inspect and have changed Rear axel and tyres.

This is how they do R & D on customers vehicles with which we are the ones who will feel bad and depressed after investing lahks of rupees on such brands who showcase and do sales in market with a tag " German Technology & Engineering" but here we need to undertsand that its German technology but its manufactured in India and also marketed in India and service also as per Indian standards and nothing is German here like.. policies, pronciples or practices.

Think twice before prefering any such brands and also see more similar post / reviews given in many forums or groups on google search.

Areas of improvement Customer care and response time. After sale customer care should be more attentive towards customer complaints and take proper action and decisions on such critical problems faced by customer. Never seen senior management reaching customer to understand the problem when it is major ( which can cause danger to passengers travelling in a car having pulling issue).

No proper escalation stages available on website to reachout to them on our concerns when not satisfied. Even if we call customer care for follow up on our complaint, they say that they wills end email to concerned person but will not say that they have escalated that. In my above issue, i dint even get call from VW India team even once to check if my problem is resolved or what is the current status of my issue. That is how they are at customer care. But they advertise in big words that customer satisfaction is our priority or policy.

    Thanks for reading my post/review.
