Best in class and worst in company service experiance

The car is awsome no doubt nothing can beat the build quality and the engine quality of a volkswagen and every time i drive the car that makes me satisfy and let me enjoy but there is problem The buying experiance of this car was awsome but afer three month there was some irritataing noice comming from the back when i took it to service center they took a week time and still there was no work done on the car they said that the car has been checked up but the noise was still comming and i hate the service offered by volkswagen authorised people and dealers but the car is literally awsome nothing can beat it and con is its milage it returns about 7-8 km/l in city and on highway it returns about 14 km/l so thats it the car is my favorate and i will never stop buying a volkswagen
