Toyota Corolla User Reviews

Driving Corolla is pleasurable and it feels like "I want to drive forever and don't want to stop driving", i.e. immense pleasure. Look is very ordinary, it looks like a big version of Tata Indigo. But, due to big, long and broad size, it has its own road presence. From interior, it looks very simple yet premium and it looks like "fall in love at first sight".

Simple and woody graphics interior also ensures easy to maintain it. Dashboard and other parts of interior is not plasticky and feels premium in looks as well as in touch. Performance wise, engine pickup is more than enough for city, highway. Overtaking at low speed even at higher gear is easy and quick. Ac performance is very nice, it chills. Gear, stearing and clutch is a little on hard side, specially that reverse gear.

But, this is not a problem though. It gives a city mileage of around 11kmpl with AC on and I have driven on highway but haven't gone for long drive yet so can't tell mileage in highway. Service and Maintainance wise, Toyota is the King here. Service cost is equivalent to Maruti Swift car and mind is free of all tension. So, maintainance wise, it is far better than small sedan cars. Almost no burden of maintainance.

Pro- Everyone who is sitting inside a car will enjoy the ride: let it be driver or the passangers. Comfort is top notch to everyone. Lumbar support is there for driver, superb. Low servicing cost. Less maintainance. Most of the things are electrically and hydraulically operated and adjusted automatically while switching on the car itself. So, no tension of getting anything adjusted and hence, no tension of maintenance. Just buy and enjoy type of car.

Cons- look wise, even though car is like a caaar yet it is very simple in looks. This feels like I want to decorate it to have it look attractive. This feeling will always be there, till you realky decorate it. :p

Exterior

Nice looking Car. I have 2003 model and I keep it clean! Sun, Rain, Snow, Ice, Wind - nothing can stop Corollas Exterior to look great. It always looks powerful...!

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Its a small car but you should look inside how much space it has! Amazing! I can fit most of my friends on the back seat! Super! It feels luxury when u drive corolla.. Ask people who has one!

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Well everything that Toyota automaker wrote about Economy - its right! I thought they doing it for comercial but after I drove some big Miles I realize that it is true! Telling u ask people who has one! Engine is small but when i press on that pedal it makes some good noise and I love it!

Ride Quality & Handling

Oh man.. I love it! Its smooth, quiet.. Very easy when you turn. On the highway it goes strong. Never let me down when I needed.

Final Words

Well I already told everything, but I know you still dont belive me and I dont care if you do.. I have one and I think I will have it as long as it runs!! And Toyota saying that it runs long miles, so we will see..

Areas of improvement  

Yea, like most of the cars have some small problems... I think Audio System need an improvement. We dont need CD or MP3 Disc thing. Everybody listens to iPod in the car anyways so please make some AUX and charger plug and make it nice! And bass rly weak. Radio anntena sucks too, have sometimes noises..

Exterior It's exterior is very nice because it is having big and long lights. And even the side mirrors are longer than cars like laura octavia and cruze because I think it's true. The front bumper gives good shape to the car and the rear lights are too broad and long.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It has a front mirror which is too big then the A.C. is very powerful that you would love to drive corolla.At the back it has good space that your legs will not touch to the front seat.There is also a box between front two seats where you can keep any thing.It also has a mobile charger where we can charge our mobile. So the interior is the best than any cars.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine is very powerful with 1.8 ltr engine. It's fuel tank is very nice that your car can be on for a longer period of time. And the most good thing is the gearbox as it can change easily and it is so smooth in comparison like Cruze civic and laura.

Ride Quality & Handling Though it is too long the tyre is not too radius because it takes turn very fast and the grip of the steering is also excellent and it will never go out of control.Whenever you take turn from outside it will be seen that as if royal family is going.

Final Words I wouuld rate it 5 stars as it is the best car for me.

Areas of improvement There are no areas of improvement but it only needs a sunroof and bluetooth system. Otherwise very good car it is.

It is very nice from outside because it looks so long in width height and everything and it has broad and long front light because of safety. The mirrors are automatic and big enough to see what's behind.

It's interior - It has power windows power steering Air conditioner and including heater and it's top speed is 240 km/h and you can drive till the speed of 175.It has very nice space and five people can sit in the car.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The gearbox is very nice as the gears are very free and it has high powered refuelled engine. 1.8ltr engine.It's a petrol car but the tank is more bigger comparing to other cars like Cruze laura and all.

Ride Quality & Handling You would enjoy it when you drive it's tyre is not too radius but you will be feeling comfortable to take a turn.And the pickup is more than cars like Accord civic and cruze.

Final Words Fantastic car and the best while driving.For me this is the best car from toyota.

Areas of improvement The middle mirror should have sensor of parking and should also having Automatic gears with sun roof.

Exterior Nice colur and finish. Stylish headlamps and foglights. Alloy wheels design matches the exterior. Great boot space to take anything and everything. Strong body.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Superb design and quality, nice seat fabrics, lot of storage, great music system with 6 speakers which make you feel like a home theatre. 6 CD changer is great. USB and MP3 should be included in the music system. Smooth power windows and mirrors. Airbags for driver and passanger both to ensure safety. 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Powerful Engine, great pickup. 1.8 litres engine with 125 PS power gives a feel of sheer power. 

Ride Quality & Handling Excellent on highways and superb in city. Effortless steering and gear changing. Smaller turning radius compared to its length. I have driven more than 9000 kms.

Final Words Buy a used Corolla instead of buying new Hyundai, Maruti, Ford, Honda hatcbacks. I bet you will never regret.
