Exterior The finishes one must say is excellent in terms of quality, the over all styling however is a yawn. Its old generation, somewhat like japanese cars, where the vehicle likes to blend in with the crowd with a non discript look it does not have the oomph or macho that western SUV's have it looks like a metro sexual male, who goes regularly to a beauty parlour.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Nice, especially the last seats, one would like a bit of spohistication in the dashboard console though.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine accleration is lovely, close to an european car well its an european engine however the sophistication in engineering ends there the brakes are lousy for such a large engine I would be scared to push this vehicle hard in case i cant stop during emergencies the suspension is real bad the vehicle feels like a bobbling tin can on jumpy roads for a 25 lakh vehicle, it has the suspension of a 8 lakh 2001 scorpio in terms of its bouncyness and then worse than a scorpio, everytime you hit a pot hole, you can hear the shock absorbers against the body making that uncomfortable noise, that you would not encounter even in a scorpio well it has the Mahindra trade mark, bad brakes bouncing tin can like springs.

Ride Quality & Handling Acceleration lovey, steering lovely, I did not find a problem with the gear box.

Final Words Not a 2o+ lakh vehicle it should be sold for 15 lakhs. For the price this vehicle is being sold in India, one would get a BMW in Europe, which packs much more technology, in a more high cost economy completely over priced but then in India, a majority dont by vehicles with an understanding this would function as a status symbol but for someone who knows vehicles and can trade off value and price, I dont think it will work.

    Areas of improvement Brakes, Suspensions.

Seats , interiors , external styling finishes, accelerationBad suspension, brakes , and engine noise
