The petrol version of the Chevrolet Beat has been around for quite some time, but this time we review the diesel variant of the soon to be launched Beat Diesel.
General Motors has plonked in a three-cylinder 1-litre diesel engine in the Beat which has been derived from the Fiat's four-cylinder 1248cc multijet engine (commonly reffered as the 1.3-litre). ARAI claims a mileage of 24kmpl for the Beat Diesel. Watch out this space for more, on our first impressions on the upcoming Beat Diesel.
