Volvo Malaysia introduces Polestar performance packages

Volvo owners in Malaysia can rejoice as the brand is now offering the Polestar performance programme for the V40 T5, XC60 (T5 and T6), and S60 T6.

As a part of the Polestar performance parts package, one can get the chassis, intake and exhaust, wheels, interior and exterior, and optimisation. Along with the chassis will be additions like new shock absorbers, coil springs, as well as a front strut bar (only on S60).

Those owners who upgrade their car’s intake and exhaust will also get a stainless steel exhaust system that’s sees the addition of a sports air filter, a new air box lid, and a rear diffuser. Other upgrades include 19-inch lightweight alloys for the V40 and S60, while the XC60s can get larger 21-inch wheels along with Pirelli tyres for the XC60 and V40, while the S60 gets Bridgestone tyres.

Polestar performance upgrades include a bump up of 8bhp and 50Nm on the V40 T5 and XC60 T5, while the XC60 T6 and S60 T6 can benefit from a 4bhp and 30Nm upgrade over the stock versions.

Volvo India does not offer any of the Polestar performance packages as of now.
