Although the current-generation A-Class has been around for no more than a couple of years, Mercedes-Benz has decided to come up with an updated model with refreshed styling and new features. According to Auto Express UK, the German automaker could unveil the A-Class facelift at the LA Motor Show next month.

After Honda, it’s the turn of yet another Japanese automaker to announce a preventive recall for its car models sold in India. The automaker in question is Nissan India, who is recalling 9,000 units of the Micra and the Sunny to replace defective airbags.
Honda Cars India has announced that it will carry out preventive replacement of driver side air bag Inflators of 1,040 units of Honda Brio, 1,235 units of Honda Amaze and 63 units of Honda CR-V that were manufactured between September 2011 and July 2014. This is being carried out as part of Honda’s global recall regarding a possible incorrect assembly of the Baffle Plate in the Inflator.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles may build and manufacturer at least one or more luxury SUVs at its plant outside Pune. Mercedes-Benz has launched the GLA45 AMG 4MATIC in India for Rs 69.60 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). It is a performance version of the GLA crossover and is the eighth AMG spec model to be launched in India since January 2013.
At 4.03 metres long and 1.73 metres wide, the Hyundai i20 is among the largest family hatchbacks in Europe, however, it could grow an even bigger footprint. According to a report by Automotive News Europe, the Korean carmaker is considering adding new body styles for the i20 that could include a station wagon model.
First showcased at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year, the Suzuki Celerio is set to be launched in Europe next month. Besides the familiar K-series unit, the European-spec model will be sold with a new 3-cylinder Dualjet engine. The Celerio, as we know, is currently sold in India by Maruti Suzuki.
