An announcement made by Volkswagen Group Malaysia (VGM) managing director, Armin Keller suggests that the company will adopt a new nomenclature for VW cars sold in the Asian markets. All VW cars will get an additional badge along with the existing ones. This new badge will be based on the torque output of the engine.

Come February 2015 and BMW will launch the new 2 Series convertible in Europe. When launched, the sporty model will join the coupe and the Active Tourer in the line-up, with prices starting at around £29,000 (Rs 28 lakh).
