When Toyota and Subaru joined forces for an affordable sports car, the Japanese carmaker had the upper hand in the deal. The deal was that Toyota could sell more cars than Subaru, which many predicted could be a deal breaker. Centre likely to cut oil subsidy by over 60 per cent in FY15

The Centre is likely to cut the oil subsidy bill by over 60 per cent in FY15. A report from ET suggests that it is making the move due to global oil prices reaching a new multi-year low. The Central Government currently provides subsidies to the oil companies’ on the price of diesel, domestic LPG and kerosene.

Lamborghini sells 3,000 units of the Huracan in just 10 months

The forces of fortune seem to be showering their blessing on Italian automaker Lamborghini as it has already managed to sell 3,000 units of the Huracan supercar within just 10 months of its launch. The Sant'agata Bolognese- based manufacturer already has big plans for its baby super car and is expected to launch a host of special editions once the car hits the one year mark.

2016 Toyota Innova spied testing

The Toyota Innova is currently the leader in the MPV segment and has been a constant seller for Toyota since its inception in 2005. However, the competition is believed to be catching up and it seems that the Japanese automaker has taken note of this and will introduce a new model by the end of next year. The test mule for this model has been spotted outside Bengaluru, most likely near their factory in Bidadi.
