The latest (third) generation of the Honda Fit made its debut last year. Also named Jazz in some of the markets, this new model first went on sale in Japan in September 2013. Now, while us all of us here in India await the official launch, the Chinese are about to get a taste of this big, spacious hatchback.

Honda has unveiled the very first set of images of what is basically a renamed Vezel for the US market. Called the HR-V, this new model will make its debut at the upcoming New York Auto Show. Designed and developed using the same global compact platform that underpins the Fit (Jazz), the HR-V will feature a cleverly designed interior thanks to a center tank layout.
