Mercedes-Benz has previewed its BMW X6 rivalling Concept Coupe SUV ahead of the 2014 Beijing Motor Show. Rumoured to be called the MLC, it follows exactly the same idea as the X6-sporty proportions with coupe styling but on a raised platform with pseudo off-roading credentials.

Volkswagen has added another milestone to its Indian journey as the company rolled out its 50,000th car from its factory in Chakan, Pune. The company began exporting cars from 2011 onwards catering to the South African market. Currently, VW India caters to about 32 countries worldwide. The jubilee export car was a left-hand-drive Vento which will be shipped to Mexico.
