The seven-seater MPV was unveiled during the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo as a concept vehicle and Chevrolet had confirmed at that time that it would bring the vehicle to Indian market in the next one year. The Enjoy is basically a RHD version of the Chinese made Wuling CN-100 van, a product of Enjoy (GM&rsquo;s Chinese partner) and Wuling Motors.</p><p>The MPV thanks to its Chinese lineage, has decent amount of interior space. The vehicle is available with standard 2+3+3 seating configuration and 2+2+3 seating with bucket seats for the middle row. Like the Sail twins, this vehicle gets beige interior across all variants. The top-end variants also gets a music player with USB and Bluetooth, steering mounted audio controls, A/C ducts for second row, ABS-EBD and two airbags.</p><p><img src="http://img3.aeplcdn.com/ec/01/63/10457/img/m/Chevrolet-Enjoy-16934_l.jpg" alt="" /></p><p>The Enjoy is powered by two sets of mills; the 1.3-litre Multijet diesel that produces 78PS of power at 4000rpm and 188Nm of torque at 1750rpm. The petrol engine on the other hand is a new four-cylinder 1.4-litre mill producing 104bhp at 6000rpm and 131Nm of torque at 4400rpm. This engine is being assembled at the American automaker&rsquo;s Ranjangaon Plant. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox for both the diesel and petrol variants. &nbsp;The Enjoy is available in six colour options i.e. Velvet Red, Switchblade Silver, Sandrift Grey, Linen Beige, Caviar Black and Summit White.&nbsp;</p><p>Chevrolet will roll-out the Enjoy from their plant in Halol, Gujrat. It launched the facelifted Spark hatchback in October 2012 and this was then followed by the Sail siblings. A surprise on the Enjoy is also the fact that the Chevrolet has installed a roof mounted aircon for the second row.&nbsp;</p><p>The MPV was unveiled as a concept vehicle during the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo and has been spotted testing in various locations across the country. This is the same mill used in a variety of diesel vehicles produced by Tata, Maruti Suzuki and Chevrolet and obviously Fiat as well.</p><p>On the inside, the Enjoy is expected to get a 3+2+2 flexible seating as the second and third row of seats can be folded flat for extra luggage space, which is almost non-existent with third row in place. &nbsp;It will also get features like power windows, rear AC vents and music system with USB compatibility. The safety features on the Enjoy will include two airbags and ABS-EBD for the top-end variants.</p><p>The Enjoy is being targeted both at the passenger and fleet market. Chevrolet has been extensively testing the Enjoy across various locations in the country for almost a year, after the unveiling at the 2012 Auto Expo. &nbsp;GM will be launching two all-new cars in India this year, one of these is the Enjoy MPV, while other is the Sail sedan.</p><p><img src="http://img1.carwale.com/ec/9932/img/l/Chevrolet-Enjoy-Rear-view-15395.jpg" alt="" /></p><p>Basically a RHD version of the Wuling CN-100 van, the Enjoy will be manufactured at GM&rsquo;s Talegaon plant and will be priced in the range of Rs 5.5 to Rs 8 lakh. The Enjoy will be powered by the 1.3-litre multijet engine, which was jointly developed by Fiat and GM. Just like the turbocharged mill used in the Ertiga, this unit is also expected to produce around 90bhp and 127Nm of torque.</p><p>On the inside, the Enjoy is expected to get a 3+2+2 flexible seating as the second and third row of seats can be folded flat for extra luggage space, which is almost non-existent with third row in place. &nbsp;It will also get features like power windows, rear AC vents and music system with USB compatibility. The safety features on the Enjoy will include two airbags and ABS-EBD for the top-end variants.</p><p>The American automaker will be targeting both the passenger and fleet market with this MPV. The Chevrolet <a href="http://www.carwale.com/research/chevrolet-cars/sailuva/" target="_blank">Sail U-VA hatchback</a> will be launched by end of October; it will be followed by launch of the <a href="http://www.carwale.com/research/chevrolet-cars/spark/" target="_blank">Spark</a> facelift soon. GM will also launch the Sail sedan, all-new seven-seater MPV &lsquo;Enjoy&rsquo; and the Beat facelift before end of March 2013.</p><p>Speaking on the development, Rakesh Mohan Sabbarwal, vice president General Motors, said &ldquo;Lots of new models are coming up for the Indian market. We are discussing about 7- 8 models over the next 5-6 years." However, he did not specify any details about the vehicles.</p><p>Rakesh also said that GM India had received requests from some of the American auto major&rsquo;s operations in other countries to supply powertrains manufactured locally.
