Ford Figo Aspire bookings to begin from July 27; To be available in nine variants

Bookings for the Ford Figo Aspire will begin on July 27. The amount has been set at Rs 30,000 and it will be made available in nine variants, three engine options and two transmission options. It is expected to be launched next month and will go on sale immediately.

The 1.2-litre petrol engine variants will be offered in the Ambiente, Trend and Titanium variants. The top-spec variants across all three engine options get two-tone interior trim, Ford SYNC system, all four power windows and electrically adjustable ORVMs with integrated indicators and AC.

On the safety front, the 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre petrol AT get two airbags while the 1.5-litre diesel gets a segment first six airbags. Colour options for the Ford Figo Aspire include red, black, blue, silver, beige, white and grey.

When launched the Ford Figo Aspire will enter an extremely competitive segment where it will compete with the Hyundai Xcent, Honda Amaze, Tata Zest and the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire.
