Its a very nice car if you can compromise with the mileage.

i have driven it approximately 7000 k.m.        

 Handling the sx4 is very easy even in longer routes as its seats are very comfortable.

Its specially meant for teenagers as its looks and the pick-up suit the teenagers.

The audio system is great.

prefer sx4 bcoz :-

1) its cheaper than other cars in the same segment.

2) its lower model offer the same features which are offered by the top model in other cars except airbags.

Finally i can say that '' its a better choice than hyundai verna, ford fiesta and honda city ''

Exterior Exteriors are designed good for the aerodynamics, Superb Ground clearance 180mm well suited fir the Indian roads.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is very spacey, Feeling very comfortable. Ac cools freezes you immediatley. Automatic climate control(zxi), Centre arm rest for the rear seaters. The fading room lamp when you close the door... But should install a camera or a sensor system for the rear view.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox VVT engine very silent and very responsive too. You dont know whether the engine is on or off!! Gear shift good!! the shift is precise and smoothy!!! It gives you aroubd 11 or 12 in city. Highway(14).

Ride Quality & Handling Handling is good and braking is too good!! ABS works fine!!! Very silent inside the car!!! Suspension also good only, but can be improved!!!

Final Words Its seven days only, My new SX4 got delivered(21/1/2011). Its mare than what I expected!! Its only 183 Km gone!! Pepole  dont think just og and get it immediatley... Its really vey good!!! MashaAllah!!!

Areas of improvement Rear visiblity, Side A pillar!!!

Exterior Vert stylish, Looks Gr8.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Looks like SUV. You Feel safe while seating inside with your family.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 11+kmpl. I have done 1700 km and initially i was wory regarding the fuel milage but now very very happy that I am getting 11+ and will increase after second service.

Ride Quality & Handling I can not explain in words. it can be feel by driving the Car. I have a long drive last to last week and it was supperb. even driving for 4 hours one way I was not tired.

Final Words Again cant be put in words. can be feel. I can't stop to drive the vehicle for 4 hours a day.

Areas of improvement Reverse Parking Sensors should be default accessories. Blue tooth should be default accesories. Center arm rest should be default accesories. GPS system should be integrated with the car or there should be optional line item to upgrade from the current integrated system to advance.

Exterior Exterior look is bold,muscular. Advertising tag line "Men are back" is perfect tag line.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

FeaturesIn VDI version i.e 9.0 lac car should have all safety features like Airbags,ABS.

Space Car is spacious decent leg room for rear seat.Good boot space.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is 1.3 but car doent seem to be under power thanks to Turbo charger.

Fuel Economy I had undergone 1st service & now getting mileage of 13-15kmpl in city like Mumbai.Hope it will go upto 17 kmpl after second service.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is good,suspensions are decent & handling of car is comfortable as Car is stable while turning on high speeds.

Final Words Good Car,I will give 8/10,its for safety features not in VDI version after coasting car upto 9.0 lacs.Also common features like bluetooth connectivity,large display for Music system are basic and common features which should be there in CAr like Sx4.

Areas of improvement Safety Features should be provided in all Models of SX4.

Exterior The SX4 looks very spoty and the road presence is very good. If we compare with all the other cars this looks like a SUV and a Sedan.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious and comfortable, should have an arm restin the front, it should have been little more posh. Reverse camera would have been good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is very good. I liked the pull that we get in the Turbo, I have touched 170 KMPH and it was stable on the road with 2 people. Its easy to drive in City also given the lenght and breath of the car. 

Fuel Economy is good I always drive with AC and within city I get 13-14 with 1-2-and 3 gear max from home to office because of traffic. Long drive I get 21 with an average speed of 100-120 KMPH above that it come to 18 KMPL.

I have  black SX4 -ZDI - little difficult to maintain but I am happy to drive with a pride on the Indian roads.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality & Handling is good at 170 it was very stable on road and City driving is also good. Only problem is when you have to park it in a very narrow space.

Final Words Good car to own with the fuel prices going high SX4 is a good choice, people who drive long oftern can look into ZDI for it comfort and the added features.

Areas of improvement For the money that we pay for ZDi the febies needs to be given atleast a decent car mat.

Exterior From exterior this car is masculine, bold, aggressive as it's commercial says men are back. it looks distinct from other sedans.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space of this car is awesome, good for both who drives and also for rear sitters back seats give a premium kind of feel, automatic climate control is also first in its class. Ac is very effective. chrome area is also nice. seats are very comfortable. ABS, 2 SRS airbags good in safety. Brakes are very effective.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Gear box is easy to shift, fuel economy is good for a petrol engine.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is awesome, good ground clearance so  bumps and potholes are'nt felt easily.

Final Words I really think sx4 is far better than Honda city and is good value for money also resale value is also good.

Areas of improvement I think interiors should improve but overall. If I have to rate this car I would have rated 9 out of 10.

Exterior Very masculine and attractive even after so many years. The Blue colour is superb.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Fantastic space , Climate control is wonderful.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox BY far the most powerful diesel sedan on Indian roads. Nothing comes close to this beauty in performance. Mileage at a average speed of 110 - 120 on highway was 17.5.

Ride Quality & Handling Amazing grip due to 215 tyres. Cornering is very steady and one can speed this car on a hilliy terrain also.

Final Words I you are buying a car for 10 lacs please test drive this car before making a decision as you might miss something very exiting in life. The performance on this car of a highway is simply amazing. I have driven SUV's and high end cars on the same highways but this car is miles ahead of the rest. Wonder how did Maruti come up with such a wonderful package. A lot of buyers do not have this in their first shortlist but i strongly suggest to test drive this car and then only make a choice. On pure economics no sedan can come close to this and on performance you might have to shell 18 - 20 lacs to get this performance.

Areas of improvement Reverse parking sensors and indicators on side mirrors. Also interior dash could be revamped.

I bought the new maruti sx4 zdi 2013 model. Bought it after test drive of Vento, Rapid and Verna. Not considered Fiesta and Linea, due to poor reliability of Ford and after sales of Fiat. SX4 was not in my list either. One of my friends suggested this car and just by chance I encountered test driving sx4, and then their was no looking back.

I dont know what magic suzuki does with its cars, the 1300 CC engine feels a lot better to drive than the above mentioned cars. Its a perfect blend of power and performance. The top end zdi model costed me 9.8 lakhs and it comes with ABS, EBD, 2 airbags, alloy wheels, 16 inch tyres, audio control on steering, 4 speakers and 2 tweeters, auto foldable out side mirors with indicators. The cabin is so silent that you dont hear the noice of diesel engine, the drive is solid and robust on road even at high speed of 120 to 140 it holds so strong on road.

USP is its ground clearance - guess would be highest in the segement and the riding position almost like sitting in a SUV. I am getting a decent average of 17 kmpl in delhi.

All potential diesel car buyers. Please take a test drive of the new sx4 diesel before you go for any other car.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)average. this is a discarded model ..and i would not buy maruti product in the future. the authorised service station is pathetic, and you will be blamed for everything and will present you a big fat bill..

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox very bad after 20000 kms. engine gets overheated...be careful!!! engine after getting overheated, car starts knocking. the air conditioning stops working, and when you go the sai service, at lower parel, you are been slammed a big fat bill inspite of car being in the warranty peroid. the  mechanics purposely blame you for the same that you have not done the regular servicing. horrible expewrience!!!

or blame it that you have done the work outside....so guys, please, look for some other options and do not buyt this car forever..
