I have Ertiga ZXI Petrol that i bought in 2019, My buying experience of this Ertiga is definitely great as because I dont think that you can get better family car with very good sitting capacity like Ertiga at this price range. If I talk about driving experience than sitting posture is really just perfect ( specially driving seat) and feels like a normal sedan, not like big and heavy. You can easily drive it at 100 to 120kmph, it doesn't vibrate or shakes. Overall ride is smooth. Pickup is good as per its 1.5litre engine. I drove this car with 5...7 people and alone as well, Power was never be a issue expect if u fit much people and driving on hills. As per me, looks of this car is pretty good and sporty due to its wide and low body, and because of this, body roll is very minimum at high speed. Co driver seat is as comfortable as driver's one, middle sitting is also very comfortable, it provides you good thigh support spacious. The only and small problem is 3rd row ,because its not that wide but yaa for short trips... 2 people can easily travel with comfort. AC- at this price range, Ertiga provide best air conditioning, it cools whole cabin in 5..6 minutes only, But little longer time to cool middle row as it is big. Service and maintenance- well it is similar to other cars, if we talk fairly, for petrol including insurance... You have to spend around 25K (if car is not damaged) rest is depends on how well you keep your car. I have shared many pros, now cons are 1. It lacks in safety, body of the car doesnt seems very tough and solid. 2. Lacks in many features that you can in other cars with same price. 3. Car height is low, so hard to drive on rough roads like in villages.

Car is Gem. I travel from Panipat to Indore in Sep-21 during massive rains and its performance was superb. Feb 22 travelled non stop for 500 kms - 7 hrs.- superb performance in trip.

it is a far far better car. Nice driving experience. nice interior and exterior. good boot space. The average is so good. I have gifted this car to my husband. overall good car experience.
