Exterior Thin sheet (metal used) bad colour. NOT WORTH BUYING.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Int. is good and with good comfort and leg space BUT BUT BUT
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I am using Ciaz VDi+ - Company claims 26 kmpl. it is giing me 11.3 kmpl in city and 18kmpl on highway.
I have made this complaint to maruti HO. They did a test run on it too and came with the same result. I have asked them to rectify the fault now it has been 15days there is no reply from them. Thay have kept promising that they will get the car rectified. We would strongly suggest not to buy maruti cars.

Ride Quality & Handling In 3000kms we have a suspension noise in the front left side.
Final Words Waste of money. Should not buy any maruti cars.
Areas of improvement Aafter sales service and sp. to attend and solve compalints soon. I have will never buy and will never suggest any one to buy any maruti products.
