    • Hyundai i20 - Worst Road side assistance program , Air bag and Insurance claim process for zero dep

      I brought the car 3 months back and unfortunately met with an road accident last month. Response from Hyundai road side assistance is terrific and horrible. My phone is damaged and I managed to call them from other guy's phone and they made me call so many numbers and almost 3 hours got wasted in calls without getting any help. Finally the response from them is that first I need to get the car on the road since it went off the road and crashed on road side and then I need to call them after which they will tell me how much time it will take for them to send a vehicle and how much time it will take for vehicle to reach the accident place.Finally I've got fed up with them in that situation and brought the car myself after spending 25,000 RS from my own pocket which is not reimbursable again.And accident is so bad that car engine got damaged and all the body got structurally damaged after rollover and crash in high speed. But still the airbag didnot come up.As a car, I like my I20 very much but after all this experience I felt helpless with Hyundai after sales service. Now it is more than 1 month since I put my accidental car in Hyundai service centre by paying 250 rs for each day and still insurance work is not being taken care. And to my wonder , I got zero dip insurance cover but still they are saying there will be some depreciation and cut off charges in insurance process

      Exterior No comparision , well designed in all respects,

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent, poor plastic quality , but soft stearing wheel design give the ultimate feel of comfort during driving.    

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Except AC and milage evry thing is fine. Value for money

      Ride Quality & Handling Excellent feel in driving / meet almost 90% of the expectations/ I suggest others to  have test drive before finalise any car in this segment.

      Final Word Value for money

      Areas of improvement  Back seat legroom, AC vent for back seats, box below hand brakes creates uncomfort ride to the pwerson sitting in the center of back seat. All the five tyers must have alloy wheels. All the ewindow glasses must operate with Remote key.     • Just Buy It.....Awesome Car

      Hi, I am Amit Bachhawat, i bought i20 last year Nov 2013, i bought the Sportz Version Petrol. Believe me i had fallen in love woth the Exteriors of the car, with its LED lights, style and looks, its rain sensing vipers, automated side mirrors adjustable etc it is just amazing.

       

      I have already driven about 1300 kms, and the Interiors are just superb, considering tha fact that i am a new to driving. The features are awesome like Steering mount audio controls, Bluetooth connectivity for accepting calls from mobile phone, playing wireless music from bluetooth devices etc, huge leg space, child lock, tilt and telescopic steering etc. (Features, Space & Comfort)

       

      There is a little problem with the engine power considering its a Salon model, its only 1197 cc where pick up is good biut lack little boit of power. But the fuel economy is good at 13.5 km/litre in city and around 17 in highway. Gerabox is the most snmooth i have ever seen.

       

      Very easy to ride and handling is very much in control

       

      Go for it if you are looking for in city driving and style.
