Ford and Fraud goes well. Worthless wait & overall a pathetic experience.

Overall experience was Depressing. It all started with a long wait and hype. Ford has fooled the cusomer creating wrong expectation about its "THE CAR". Moving on, the arrogant attitude of Ford Sales personnel has made things worse. In our city, to Test drive this vechicle, one had to register and wait for their turn; only to learn that test drive is within the vincity of the sales center. Once hooked, then you had keep guessing if and when the vechicle will get delivered. Finally, the D day you get handle of the vechicle after lot of turmoil & harassment by the sales executive / manager. With all these bad experience, you "finally" want to get a hand on the wheel totry it at your cost & time... only to understand that it is all worth dirt in terms of quality, comfort, performance and the Overall experience.
