Exterior Good looking, especially ruby Red. Alloy wheels are average, Front grill atracts all.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Nice looking and spacious, good leg room and boot space. Dashboard is looking nice, however audio control is difficult (selecting a folder/song from USB).
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is good responsive and powerful. Gear is little tuff to operate but manageable.
Ride Quality & Handling Smooth rides in worst roads too... Easy to handle the car, in slope engine supports to climb.
Final Words Better car in this segment, Ford service support is worst and quality is poor, if you are ok with that go for thi car.
Areas of improvement Poor quality meterial used in FORD body shop, Customer care always care about Dealers. Worst after sales support. Ford preferred Insurance selected, however dealer denied my first claim stating that without RC insurance cannot be claimed. Ford customer care also supporting dealer and said first 45 days customer risk. I am not sure then why should i insure the car?
