Awesome in everything aspects.....realy proud to be a Fiat Punto owner..... companion for last 5 years he is just an amazing friend who never let me down in my driving path whether it was Highway or city...he was so smooth n cool outshining any of its competitors...happy n satisfied that I have made the correct descision when I bought it on aug 2014....hatsoff Fiat for such producing such a wonderful machine...thnk u...

Pros: - Solid build quality - Stylish - Fuel efficient, I get 20 to 23 kpml - Excellent ride quality - Excellent high speed stability - Ground clearance like SUV Cons: - Engine noise at high speed. - Turbo lag under 2000 rpm I got my car in April 2014. Dealer was KHT Fiat Domlur, Bangalore. The staffs were able to explain all about the car, giving test drive vehicle, and also helped in loan formalities. I insisted to deliver the car on asap, my anniversary is on 6th April and wanted give a big surprise to my wife and my family.... Yes, none of them new I bought the car until next day I shown my pearl white Punto!! KHT guys were co-operative to give the delivery in next day after approving the loan, by completing registration but except allocating the reg number. The overall buying experience was really good. Soon after I got the car at around 2:00 PM, I headed to my home town - 330 kms solo ride!! I wasn't an experienced driver, but was confident and also eager to ride for hours, through forest in late night, and take on bad roads. The stability was solid on uneven road also. I had also touched triple digit on first ride and I realized only after some time, by looking at the speedometer. Later on I did many long trips (Max 500+ kms / day), taken her upto 160 km/h. The steering feedback is great and never felt any vibration on any speed. I always felt the car is under control even on fast cornering. Mileage: Maximum I got on highway is 29 kmpl when driven 60 to 80 km/h from Bangalore to Coorg in early morning. The worst highway mileage is 17 kmpl, when driven rashly, and frequently went above 140, on Bangalore - Hassan Express way. Here is the average on my regular drives - City - 14 to 17 kmpl - Highway - 20 to 23 kmpl Next plus point is ground clearance. You can drive punto to anywhere without scratching underbody, just need to avoid slush and mud where 2W drive vehicles may get stuck.. The multijet do have turbo lag, but I am used it and never felt as problem on sedate drive. It has enough torque from 1500 rpm to pull the car, but if you have to gear down if you want quick acceleration. The only dislike for me is the engine noise at high speed. About service, it is never great. I have a friend in fiat service center and he takes care of my Punto, so it was never a problem for me I did 3 service from different, in Bangalore. I didn't find any problem, but I can definitely say it is not great

Exterior Very nice  desighn by Fiat with atractive  front  look and stylish  front lights  and  all who sees my car says that it has a very attractive desighn.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) In this segment I think this car has a  maximum space inside very spacious. Some of my freinds who had a ride in this car says that this car has more space and more comfort when compared to others.  Especially the boot seem to be bigger  in this Punto.    Three persons of normal weight can be seated comfortably as what I have experienced. All were satisfied with the space. Better than I20 what they said.

Featurse wise you have better Airconditioning Fm with C D player  and other feautures you see the brouchure.

Totally this is a better car stirdy and good controle while driving in all aspects. In high speeds also have good controle of your car.  I am mainting only in 80km speed and gone 100 and 110 kms on and  off while overtaking in which I had good controle.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I took delivery on 6th of Feb 2013  till date 01/04/2013 I have crosed  naerly 1700 kms and I find the  Engine has got very good pickup  on the Highway.  From third Gear your pickup is very good and you get a very smooth ride. Though I have not travelled very long I have made a continous strech of 100 kms a day for 4 or 5 times in the high way where I feel very comfortable in driving or overtaking.

I am getting around 14kms  per liter of Diesel  and I was told it will go to 18 to 20 kms in Highway and 15 to 17kms in city. I am satisfied with 14 to 15 kms in city drive 

I find the gear box also  very smooth. You have to use ful clutch while changing gears and it is really smooth.

Exterior One of the most influencing factor for me to buy GRANDE PUNTO, just loved the looks.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Nice interiors, very spacious and comfortable. even the rear seats have enough leg room.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is considered to be the soul of the car and Grande Punto has the best, award winning engine. really like the performance of the engine, The fuel economy is a little less (arnd 13-15 kmpl), maybe I have covered jst 1000 kms, contacted the fiat officials and they say that it will go upto 17-20 kmpl after first service (on 5000 kms). hope it does so. The gearbox is smooth. no problems in shifting.

Ride Quality & Handling The best thing that I realised about Grande Punto is its ride quality and handling. loved the way it smoothly zips around.

Final Words Awesome Hatchback, Great Value for Money. I would love to recommend it to others.

Areas of improvement I dont think there are any major areas of improvement. Only that reverse parking sensors should be provided due to small rear windscreen.

Got my Punto Dynamic diesel 0n 1st September 2012, already clocked around 3500kms and to be honest I am loving it. Looks is what got my eyes since the first time i saw a Punto few years back and then a test drive and i was convinced 100%. Not even the harshest of Fiat critics would deny its good looks.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Quite spacious front seats no problems for even the tallest of guys as the seats have a long back slide and height adjustable. Seats have a premium feel to it. The rear is a bit cramped though for taller guys. Decent boot of 280 ltrs. The centre console is beautiful so is the instrument panel, the steering feels great, the foot well is spacious with a dead pedal which is quite handy in long drives.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 76 PS means that the wt to power ratio is quite good and the acceleration is great thanks to its 197NM of torque which kicks in at 1750 RPM, you feel that kickback effect. Highway it gives around 18+ kmpl in the city it comes down to about 13kmpl and my AC is on almost all of the time.

Ride Quality & Handling Best in class, I have driven the swift, i20, beat and i can vouch for it whether you are doing 40km/hr or 100+ km/hr you are in full control. It tackles the bumps and the rough roads with ease.

Final Words Just worried about the infamous TATA after sales service, otherwise i have no complaints with the car.

Areas of improvement Improvement in Public Relations vis a vis both FIAT and TATA.

Looks, Fuel economy, Comfort, Built quality, GC (185mm), Boot space..Stock tyres could have been wider, some interior plastics, poor quality speakers.

Exterior Nice sporty look, body colored bumper, door handle.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Enough space for 5, music system, A/C , fabric seat, driver informations, rear view mirror adjustment.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Its very nice, low jerk even bumpy road, ABS with EBD, but fuel economy has to be improved as for me. May be I m driving without foloow the manuel guide.

Ride Quality & Handling Very good ride quality and smooth to handle even in high speed.

Final Words I am very proud to be in fiat family. I have driven 1700 km in 1 week it was amazing experience. I love driving after get my FIAT punto.

Just booked this 2012 Punto dynamic grey color last week at Pandit Auto,Pune. I will be getting my first car on this weekend.

Booked this after test driving Figo Ritz Vista/Punto

Liked Vista but due to 'Taxi' and small price difference booked Punto.

Will update the Delivery Services and all next time.

Exterior The car looks great and gives a feeling of driving a sedan though it belongs to the hatch back class. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The quality of interiors is good. Leg room is sufficient to accommodate three persons in the rear seat. Features wise, excels all other cars. Microsoft supported features are of great help. Everything is digitized with regard to status of car, such as service due, malfunctioning of any part, etc., 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine responds very quickly during the city drive. Yet to drive on the high way. Fuel economy is around 16 to 17 km in the city.

Ride Quality & Handling Very easy to handle. Riding quality is superb. Performance is stunning once the rpm clocks 2000.

Final Words Worth buying the car. Price is very competitive when compared to the other cars of same segment.

Areas of improvement Fiat can do good in India if better service is provided. Heard of Fiat opening its exclusive show rooms and service centers in all places. Very happy to know that.

Great look, Engine performance, Stability, Solid Build of bodyNothing as such......

The best looking hatchbak in the country and eye catched in every angle, very sturdy vehicle and u feel u r inside a war tank fully secured inside this machine, brought tusccan wine and looks great ampls space inside the car can stretch ur legs and still have comfortable seating, no hassles in driving long distances, no need of frequent breaks good featured on the dash borrd, useful MID and electrical side view mirros adjustable is useful, door closing sounds give u a feel of some big car and looks big and heavy, overall a superb car no need to mention about the engine which is running almost all successful car in india, multijet is the word of the day and its proved time and again in swift, ritz, sail, vista, manza, linea etc, etc, gear is smooth and easy to change and no frequent gear changes are required at u can travel at 30 km/hr in 5th gear without lag, fuel economy as of now is 16 km/ltr average hope to improve after first servive but overall satisfied with FE. There none other car in this segment other than grande punto and the next best ride quality comes only in VW  polo is what i felt, riding and handing is just awesome and amazing u would love to take this beauty out on streeets and stretch to its limits but still it will never let u down. Satisfied with the buy and would recommend to all after all its FIAT.

USB and aux should be standard and basic in all variants.
