Horrible spare parts management and customer relation

<p>Exterior : Excellent&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Interior (Features, Space &amp; Comfort): very good</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: not good</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Ride Quality &amp; Handling: ok</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Final Words:&nbsp;</strong>I got an accident on 1st of November evening and immediately took it to workshop ( Kaikan Ford) on very next day morning. From the workshop they said as the car is new so they don't have all the spare parts so it will take 3 days to get them. When till 12th the spare parts didn't arrive I had lodged a complaint to Ford India. Ford India's Customer relation person Husna Banu took my case and promised to update me from time to time which she never did. Just when dealership on 17th afternoon received the spare parts then she called to say it will reach in the evening where as matter of fact the parts actually reached workshop. Then on 18th I received the car and the workshop guys honestly told me that one part is still missing and they have fixed the accident affected part till the time the part arrive so that I can use the car till that time.&nbsp;</p> <p>After that Husna Banu called next day that if I am happy with the dealer's repair work, without knowing that still they are waiting for a part from Ford India. When I told her that she promised to look after the matter and again vanished. Till date no reply for my mails not even a call to update me when the part will arrive, if I call they say trying their best without giving a concrete answer. It's 25 days since I took the car to Ford workshop. Please think twice before purchasing a Ford Product. Best car for a family buy

<p><strong>Exterior</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;The exterior looks quiet old but it is the best family car and it gives the look of a traditional sedan.</p> <p><strong>Interior (Features, Space &amp; Comfort)</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;Features are impressive, the dashboard with twin colour is appealing. the plastic should have been made better. Quality of ac is extraordinary. The stereo system with bluetooh connectivity of ford is reasonable. It comes with 4 speakers and USB connectivity</p> <p><strong>Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;Gearbox is smooth and well built. The 1.6 petrol engine provides great acceralation and impressive power. Best vehicle for city driving and extraordinary for long drives. Fuel economy is a but of concern as it gives 12kmpl in city and 15kmpl in highway</p> <p><strong>Ride Quality &amp; Handling</strong></p> <p>Ride quality and handling, just one word.. It won't impress youngsters but will be a biggest hit in the middle age grouped people. It will help long drive because of its boot space of 430 litres. It can even carry huge trunks in it.
