Its window glass makes lots of noise when half down. You can not drive the car with glases half rolled down. And for this GM also has no solution, its a manufacturing problem.Even dash board also make CHi-Chi noise while driving. Service engineer told that plastic is new so its making rubbing noise; it will take some time. But today 01.03.13 its been around 4 months still sound is there. When 6 lac car makes noise in first 3 months it feels really bad.

Pickup is good, safe, ac is good, steering control is good.

If this window glass noise will be emited this car be beat its competitors. I got checked this noise in front of me there are two three reasons i found:

1. Glasses are moved by string rather than arrangement like in spark or beat..

2. the channels in which glass moves are very loose that why the glass vibrate while driving..

If some one senior in Cheverolet will read this comment plz forward this to someone who can resolve this issue in this car. because this can improve the sales up to a very high extent.

I have been using this car for since July 2013. Overall I am very much satisfied with the car. However seat height is not convenient for long drive and pick up is not upto swift level. Cost of the paid service is cheaper than any other car. Recently I have sericed my car including, oil change, spark plug change, connecting rode, ac service, break shooz replacement and full car polish whcih has cost Rs. 9,000/- only. I have cross checked with others and they have told me that servicing other car brands will definetely cost more than this. I have purchased car from mangalore. GM has changed frequently the dealers and dealer locations. Availability of parts in smaller centre is doubtfull. Unfortunately chevrolet is poor in marketing its good product. I think chevrolet petrol car owners are most happier than diesel car owners. There are many car manufacturing companies entered India after GM are doing verywell.

 Front looks great, rear looks ok not bad as days go by you will get use to it

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Space..space, sp..ace!!! one of the best in the segment for the money you pay. Only bad thing about this car is the power window switches are placed in the wrong place as its difficult to use but you will get use to it.

There is more for what you pay in this car no other car in this segment gives you this for the "price". Yes we might get more but on the other hand the cost also increase but this is a value for money car.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 When I took delivery of this car the OOD was reading 38KM and the pull of the car was linear not even equal to maruti 800 and I thought that I have made a big mistake in choosing this car but after i clocked 100KM it started to blend with my kind of driving and it started to pull well. I think for the first 100-150KMs the car will feel very slugish but once you cross 100KMs it will behave as how you want it to be. However the acceleration is linear and what I found on the highway was it pull really well and hits100KM speed very quickly. I dont regret for buying this car right now i am getting 15KM/L in Highway and 11 KM/L in city. Just like the engine performance changed I am hopping that the mileage will also change after first service. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Ride Quality & Handling

 Rides well on  bad road, to get a good ride experience I would suggest to fill your tyre with nitrogen and keep it 29 or 28 psi on all tyres in Highway and 30psi in city (Can be tried in all cars) 😊

Final Words

 Its a value for money car. It has very good space to carry 5 adult comfortably. I was not looking for a racing car but a family car and I feel this is it.

 Hight adjustable seat and seat belt, power window switch back to driver side door pannel.

 Engine nicely tuned and deliver decent milage , im getting 19 in city traffic with AC on any time.Gear shift is butter  smooth while shifting.

Final Words

Totally its a good package i never face any complaints till now and i purchased this red beauty on 28th of Nov '12 so far clocked  as on 21.11.14, 23000Km/hr Engine oil changed twice with very less expence while comparing other brand cars in this segment. First time oil service they charges 1450.00  /-with no service charges  as it was a last free service. this time they charged 4000.00 /- which includes break cleaning. Im the one who purchased this car first in Chennai.

Areas of improvement  

 We need to keep on chasing the service team and ensure all the line items were checked as per the OEM recommendation in the manual. Otherwise they will cheat very very easily as per my opinion.
