    PURCHASE:
    New

    Few thousand kilometers

     

    It has been purchased by putting lakhs of rupees and the customer obviously expect that it should meet min. expectations about the parts durability (For inst. total Brake unit including cylinders & clutch etc.) but these are giving the problems or got spoiled at the early stage.

     

     Service Center: The hospitality/receiving is Ok. when we give any complaint they will say that they will look into but after completion of service and we expect that those has been taken care but after some time we will notice that it has not attended and we need to roam (plenty of times) behind them to rectify that problem.

     

    FYI: The manager is saying that the problem should come in front of him and if it is occasional, he can’t do anything....he is not supposed to be made this statement by being a technical automobile engineer.

     

    Customer Care: In simple words we can take it as “for name sack maintaining". I have followed up for 3 complaints ( which supposed to be killed at the service center and taken up to Manager but no use) for 3 weeks(after repeated follow-up, almost 50 times called) time taken to get a call from them and asked me to visit the service center, done the same way but only one problem has been rectified by saying all the problems rectified and without consulting us that complaint has been closed which i came to know after i have given a call to customer care and they said that will arrange a call back regarding closing of complaint  obviously they didn’t do... because we already have car and they least bother our concerns and our personnel time.

     

    We expect few things which are min. and supposed to be met... we don’t have enough time to run behind them....

     

    Points to be consider form the above shared information:

     

    Service center people are not professionals and didn’t take proper action, that’s why the problem has been taken up to the customer care but with them also struggled a lot ; finally no use.

     

    Unnecessarily wasting of our time by following up and will get disturbed by thinking about it during day time and our efficiency in our normal activities will come down.
