Final Words None of the above cover what I want to share and why did I give low rating. My experience with Volkswagen is pathetic. Ameo as such is a good car. But Bluetooth does not work with most phones in the market. Volkswagen is so adament on not doing anything to fix the issue. Any new phone I name, they say it does not support. They support only expensive Apple iPhones and Samsung S series. This is utterly non-sense. I am stuck with big name but no function.

Their customer care is further pathetic. It is the most frustrating thing in the world. No proper response to the queries, very high headweight, no care for customer, no response for series of emails. The support over phone is not connected to support over email. Support response is not transparent between phone call and email help request. Request over phone to escalate an issue does not really translate to any action. I am tired by their headwieght attitude.

VOlks wagen is definitely not a customer friendly company. I dont recommend any cars from this company.

Bought it new and it's been 3 months now. Love the car! I was considering between the superb, Octavia RS and the Passat. The Octavia is much smaller and the superb was too jazzy for my liking. The Passat was amazing - and has class. Great looks, great interiors, amazing driving experience. Done upto 220 in this car and you don't feel it - its got good stability. The air cooled seats are a relief in the summer. Volkswagen has done a great job with this. Solid and reliable. One constraint that I found was the range of colours. They had an amazing blue which they discontinued, the only one which I found good was the white. It accentuates the black top and sides. The only draw back is the after sales service, but again it may not be with every dealership. Got it from BU Bhandari Pune and they're pretty much pathetic after they close the sale. No quality after sales support what so ever, but that's not really on Volkswagen.

Exterior Looks elegant and understated. I love driving it on the highway and I'm enjoying it on long drives on highways. Haven't used it much in the city (partly because I don't want it scratched :))

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Fantastic. Music system is awesome, the comfort mode of drive is better than Superb :) The ventilated seats, the 9 air bags, the increased leg room, everything about screams out to buying it over the Audi A4 or BMW 3 series.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very very good. I don't know enough to rate engine or gearbox, but there is a slight delay if one tries to accelerate it all of a sudden. But to me, mid size sedans aren't meant for speed thrills as they are mostly driven by older adults, who seek comfort and safety over thrills.

Ride Quality & Handling Simple Superb :). It has everything and more one could want in terms of quality. The finish is classy and the engine  

Final Words I'm glad I bought the Highline Passat and not the Audi A4 or the BMW 3 Series. I saved myself a lot of money and I'm also getting a lot more features and space than either of those two cars. What I don't get is their badge, but it is for that very reason the Passat makes even more sense. Understated but better than its competitors. 

Areas of improvement The central console between the front two seats can be more like the audi or bmw. It could use far more styling here. The arm rest in the back seat could have audio controls and rear seats could also have ventilated seats. That would make this car even more irresistable.

It is a fabulous car which meets all your luxury needs within a reasonable price. When you go for a long journey, it feels you very comfortable and luxurious. The car has a gorgeous and sexy appearance which attracts people's mind. It makes your journey memorable. It gives a glamorous entry in any party you visit. So,there is a big salute to this legend heaven cum car.

Amazing experience. Great comfort and tons of features. Really impressed with the power it generates with 2.0 TDI Diesel engine. A car which practically scores on all parameters, be it safety, style/comfort & amazing pickup power. However mine is a manual one but still the ride feeling is a class apart. It’s actually a dream come true for me!!!

Looks and performance- The looks of the car is just amazing. It looks like Phaeton the full sized luxury car of volkswagen. Performance is also just amazing. The 2.0 litre TDI with 6-speed automatic DSG transmission is best in class. This car have 360 degree area view feature. No other car in this segment have this feature. The DCC driving mode selection feature have 5 modes to drive car depends on road condition- Eco, Comfort, Normal Sport and Individual. I had driven this car at the speed of 200 km/hr on Mumbai-Pune Expressway. I really enjoyed this car from driver's seat. I love this car and specially Volkswagen.

When I went On website To check Car price it was very less. i got that car very easily without any issue of money.It is better to purchase compare to other cars or SUV/MUV like innova . When I Drive it first time it was tooo smooth even it's suspension is too good . It's look is Mind blowing From exterior as well interior . Servicing and maintenance of car is not much High but it is in my budget My suggestion is that purchase this car don't waste your money by purchasing other cars of same price

Exterior Elegant Design. Great Adaptive Led lights. Good amout of chrome elements. Good ground clearance.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Amazing features. Cooling and heated front seats. Driver massager etc. Customised control. Very comfortable front and rear seats. Good legroom. Good music system. Good touchscreen with multiple fetaures. Very low engine noise in cabin. Feels like a Petrol car with a diesel engine. The Driver can also customise all settings with different profiles. The driver seat pushes itself back for easy exit.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good acceleration, 10-12kmpl in peak traffic. Smooth gearbox. The car has good control in general.

Ride Quality & Handling Sturdy and Steady. Multiple drive modes can change the way one experiences the drive. Driver can also customise DCC( Driver Chasis Control) as per his driving dynamics. The car has an excellent suspesion setup. It glides very smoothly over rough patches and speed breakers.

Final Words Very good product. Must buy if you are looking for world class German engineering at a better price.

Areas of improvement Exterior design can be more appealing.

The car is a value for Money, I have been using the Vehixle since 6 years,other than service center incompetence the vehicle built quality and material used is top class,the service center in nashik does not proper service team to handle high value cars. Rest car is best..
