Received excellent service. Experience good. All Facilities are Available in the Service Centre. Buying Experience good, Riding Experience good, Looks Excellent. Service and maintenance are fine for a good Experience. Smooth and beautiful. Look interior is very excellent, and the best safety is 5 stars.

Best car I've ever driven. It is so ridiculously fast that all other cars feel infinitely slower. Best 25L spent. Ride is amazing. Suspension is superb (coming from a virtus this is night and day)

I am owner of VF7, wind from Bangalore, I would like to bring to everyones notice that the Aftersales support is the worst in the industry, they have a dummy customer support team who are of absolute no use, i had raised a concern of Range, Charging issue and software update, all that they say is we has raised it up witch out concerned team and have esclated to higher up, but utter waste, havent got a mail or heard from them over a month now.. Wonder what type of esclation is this, there are plenty of people with same issue . service centre knows only one thing, RESET. they are not trained atall. i have given up following with them and finding solutions on a VF& group on WhatsApp, they are more helpfull than the company, as many of them are facing issues.

Great car with superb performance and loads of Technology. Handling is top notch and breaking is commendable, a very value for money car. Did not go through any major problems probably because it is build like a tank. Once you rev it it just pulls and gives you chills a very good car and must be considered above its counterparts

Its been 5 months since I bought this car, but not even basic accessories like Mud Flaps and Rear Parcel Tray are available. Its ridiculous. The rear parcel tray should have been a part of standard equipment at least

Best car i would say in below 25 lak range with superb look, perfect style and amazing perfomance. I was in market for an electric car and test drive almost each one available, I was skeptical about VF7 earlier but after back to back 2 long test drives I was satisfied and bought it last week. I am bery happy with the choice

The VF7 is a head-turner, but the beauty is only skin deep. Despite a 70.8 kWh battery, the range is underwhelming—dropping from 350 km to under 200 km after the latest software update. This is barely better (and sometimes worse) than my XUV 400. ​Worse yet, the promised service centers are "ghost" locations. If you're considering this car, verify the service backup personally before buying. Great looks, but the software glitches and lack of support make it a risky bet. I feel sorry to have bought it. I bought the VF7 Earth Model in November 2025, being one of their first customers in Ludhiana city. But since then, I have regretted purchasing this car because it shows that it can drive 438 kms on a single charge, but it gets to 10% battery in less than 200 kms. When I asked the dealership about this issue, they have constantly asked me to drive it at a speed of 50km/hr, then only it can get around 340-350 kms of range. What is the point of spending 21 lakhs when it doesn’t perform well and there is no after-sales service? What can I say about the rear wiper issue? It has been dropping droplets of water from day 1 since I bought this car, and there has been no solution to this since then. I Regret Buying This Car.
