Received excellent service. Experience good. All Facilities are Available in the Service Centre. Buying Experience good, Riding Experience good, Looks Excellent. Service and maintenance are fine for a good Experience. Smooth and beautiful. Look interior is very excellent, and the best safety is 5 stars.

Great car with superb performance and loads of Technology. Handling is top notch and breaking is commendable, a very value for money car. Did not go through any major problems probably because it is build like a tank. Once you rev it it just pulls and gives you chills a very good car and must be considered above its counterparts

My first electric car

Best car i would say in below 25 lak range with superb look, perfect style and amazing perfomance. I was in market for an electric car and test drive almost each one available, I was skeptical about VF7 earlier but after back to back 2 long test drives I was satisfied and bought it last week. I am bery happy with the choice

Extremely disappointed- False range & no after sales support

The VF7 has been a letdown. The actual range is barely 250 km, far lower than advertised. Several owners are facing the same problem, so it’s not just us. We contacted sales team at Vinfast Gachibowli multiple times. Every time we were told to visit the showroom for diagnostics, but no proper checks were ever done. One person told us to “update the software,” which we did — still no change. Now our calls are being ignored. On top of this, VinFast never set up the charging stations they promised when selling the car with “free charging for two years.” Overall, the product and the after-sales service have been extremely disappointing. Not recommended unless VinFast actually fixes these critical issues.
