Zero After Sale Service And Ranging Around 220 In A Single ChargeI bought the VF7 Earth Model in November 2025, being one of their first customers in Ludhiana city. But since then, I have regretted purchasing this car because it shows that it can drive 438 kms on a single charge, but it gets to 10% battery in less than 200 kms. When I asked the dealership about this issue, they have constantly asked me to drive it at a speed of 50km/hr, then only it can get around 340-350 kms of range. What is the point of spending 21 lakhs when it doesn’t perform well and there is no after-sales service? What can I say about the rear wiper issue? Don’t buy vinfastI want to share my very disappointing experience with VinFast India. I had placed a pre-booking for their upcoming car by paying an advance amount of ₹21,000. At that time, the booking process was smooth, and the company promised transparency and customer support in case of cancellation or refund. Unfortunately, my experience has been exactly the opposite. Due to personal reasons, I decided to cancel my booking. I raised the cancellation request in time and followed every step that was required from my side. I was told that the refund would be processed within a reasonable time frame. However, it has now been several weeks, and I have still not received my refund. I have called the customer care team multiple times, and every time I only receive vague assurances. They say “we are working on it” or “your case is under process,” but there is no clear timeline and no action on their side. I have also sent several emails to the official support ID and even marked reminders, yet I have not received any satisfactory reply or concrete resolution. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability from the company. A brand that is trying to establish itself in India should value its customers and provide trustworthy service. If a simple refund process for a booking advance is handled so poorly, it raises a big question mark on how the company will handle after-sales service, spare parts, and warranty claims once they actually start selling cars here. I feel extremely let down by VinFast India. My advice to potential buyers is: do not get carried away by big promises. If they cannot even handle refunds responsibly, one can only imagine the level of trouble customers might face in future with bigger issues.
