The Interior could have been better, but driving comfort is good, eV is limited, the millage is around 16 in the city and the highway mix but still good but the quality of the interior and cabin light is very good, eV is limited, the millage is around 16 in the city and highway.

Great but could do more

Great looks , performance is brilliant, it could be better if they bring a model 25 -28 lakhs with more features and sunroof, it directly goes 8 lakhs up from base model to second model.

In this rainy season, I was just driving my car and some of its parts just flung out of the car and now service staff is also not attending our complaint furthermore they are telling us that this car is not meant for Indian roads

A feature loaded Hybrid Innova

Pros: A complete family car with all features and solid built At very high speed also its very stable and safe Very comfortable driving with nice suspension ADAS helps when on long drive on highways Space is a big plus. 3rd row can be used by 2 adult without cramping Instant pick of speed with motor assist helps a lot on signals Amazing steering with feather touch control Many safety logics beyond you think Cons: Android Auto disconnect while driving. This is a serious concern and unacceptable from such premium vehicle. They promised software update soon No rain sensing wiper (Not a big issue but surprised to miss) Wheels could have been better with less arch gap Servicing experience is not so great till now but yet to try other dealers

Worst buying experience

Worst buying experience. Booked the car 8months ago. Forgot about purchasing it, Not even given it for test ride. Went to the showroom 2 times and waited for long. Still they didn't assign the test drive. Not sure why they have to announce this car if they can't even manufacturer 10% of the demand. Even the sales rep himself saying lot of bad things about the car
