Yes, we all know that Toyota Glanza is a rebadged version of Maruti Baleno owing to Suzuki & Toyota collaboration last year, but the similarities between both the cars ends there, I have driven both cars but the Glanza is not exactly a Old wine in a new bottle, I have owned most brands of cars but its Toyota that I trust now. Toyota Glanza feels more refined and is much better car, the refinement level is good, the ride quality is great, Toyota seems to have worked on the certain specifics of the car and that is evident in the refinement level, and you should always remember that Toyota cost of ownership is unmatched, their service cost and reliability is unbeatable and that Suzuki will not be able to match on that aspect. As a end user, I would always put my money on Toyota for their quality after sales service and their reliability.

I purchased Glanza hybrid in July 2019. I have drive 13k km and the driving experience is amazing.I am getting overall 18 km mileage in Pune city driving and 21 on the highway. the engine is smooth.

I have bought a car in Pune from K Kothari Bavdhan in September 2019 and the overall process of documentation and delivery was smooth as the riding experience for the last three months. I have visited the workshop twice at Kothari and the servicing experience was also great. Post 5k service I was able to reach an average of 25.7 kmpl for a major portion of drive being highway.

After 10 Years with Swift VDi, I was looking for an upgrade but didn't want to lose the swiftness. So the obvious choice was a Baleno. I almost had my eyes set on Baleno Delta Diesel, But just waited a bit for Toyota to see what they offered under their badge. To my disappointment, there's nothing new except for the Toyota badge. When I was about to finalize on Baleno, Toyota lured me back with the pricing. For the same money, they offered an upgrade (to Zeta equivalent variant at the price of the delta) with the SHVS, saving me 63K! So I bought it immediately not wanting to lose out on the offer! But was sceptical about the petrol performance/mileage. Now it's been a year almost and I have no regrets so far (except for the pathetic service experience at Lanson Toyota). To my surprise, Glanza exceeded my expectations in all areas (barring the turbo performance offered on the 1.3L Multijet Engine). The drivability and manoeuvring in city traffic is best in class. The recent recall for changing the fuel pump improved the pickup a bit more than it was (at the cost of mileage - a drop of 5% of course). But overall it's a good car especially for urban commuting with a bit of luxury (spacious). I've rated it 4 out of 5. Reduced one star for the poor service experience during both first and second service at Lanson Toyota. They caused a small damage as well, then promised to rectify it in the second service. But they denied it when I took it there next time. Second time also they goofed up with cleaning and maintenance. Also safety is a bit of concern as the Heartact Platform doesn't offer that much structural rigidity in the build quality as they claim to be. But since I mostly use it within the city not much complaints.

Bought in November 2019 with preference over Maruti Baleno. I drive Maruti car for 15 years but glanza was so appealing. 1. Glanza smart hybrid was 65000 cheaper with an extra offer of 45000. Cost wise I saved nearly 1 lakh. Baleno has hardly any great discount. 2. Extra warranty. 3. Its European curve style force people on the street to take a look. 4. It's hard to believe but it gave me 24.80 kmpl mileage. 5. The ground insulation is definitely slightly better than Baleno. 6. I drive at 150 km per hr but it was stable. 7. Best thing Toyota offer EM 60 service. Means it deliver your vehicle in 60 minutes. I am sure this vehicle has a much better choice.

Toyta ke service center ka amazing experience rha. Cons me yhi h ki piche wali seat me armrest dena jruri tha. Or ac v piche deni chahiye

What sets this car apart is the trusted brand Toyota, the after-sales service of Toyota is unmatchable, you get the car serviced in 60 mins.. the way the service centre is organised is commendable, other brands are way behind Toyota from a service perspective. The way Toyota makes you feel special is absolutely amazing. I only recommend Toyota to my entire family and friends and I will be a proud Toyota owner forever. One who buys Toyota always buys Toyota.

Toyota glanza a very good car. It's performance is very good. It's engine is very e good and powerful. Hybrid technology is improve its mileage up to 23.87 km according to Arai. That's a good car.

Poor service.....it may be reach to owner ear....how their sale execitive dealing with their new customer. Commitmant to service is absence here...executive are only interested on booking amount and not on selling car...even on this customet may bear lose on cheque bounching charge they dont care..
