Exterior It’s simple & straight forward design without any bells & whistles like Elite-i20 Every one may not like it. But for me its ok looks always been second priority over reliability & function!

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Dash board design isn’t that great but it’s functional. I wish Toyota might have carried Toyota Yaris interiors for Liva.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is refined clatter noise is minimum during idling its vocal only when you rev it hard during overtake. Engine tuning & gear ratio set for sedate drive & linear acceleration you will enjoy the flat torque & tall gearing while cruising at 80-120kmphLow speed drivability is very good. Clutch is on heavier side & also long pedal travel may cause leg pain is stuck traffic.  Fuel economy 14-15kmpl is city, 18-19mpl on highway +single lane ride (where frequent shift needed most of the time) with 95% AC ON. Good braking .I highly appreciate Toyota for giving safety features as standard, Hope all car manufacturer adopts this without waiting for Govt. rule.

Ride Quality & Handling No complaint of ride quality. Its superb

Areas of improvement Dash board to layout. Provide Toyota Yaris interior need speed sense door lock. Cabin insulation need to be improved. Lighter clutch is most welcome. Automatic diesel variant is most welcome.

I literally started knowing how deep can Toyota go inside the minds of customers after buying my first Toyota car ETIOS LIVA PETROL VX ! The car is so freakin' gorgeous both inside out ! Well in papers the power under the hood may not catch attention to few buyers , however in real life usage you will literally experience a massive difference in performance ! The car catches around 90kmph in 2nd gear which is sufficiently enough to describe its engine power ! It may not have those have high end touchscreen infotainment system but us still sufficiently enough to get the job done and in long trips you won't feel bored probably more due to the engine peppiness than the interior features !

Using since April 2017.

Overall its a good car.

Mileage: Before 1st service I was getting in between 18-19 km/l on Himachal Pradesh roads.

After 1st service I am getting in between 21 - 22 km/l.

May be after second service i will get more, as my friend who is using it, he said you will get around 25 km/l after second service.

Comfortness: Really its very comfort vichle as compared to Maruti Suzuki swift. Although swift has more power and mileage but in case of comfortness liva is winner.

Handling: excellent.

Although its good car for family. But If you are planing to use in Hilly region like Himachal Pradesh then don't go for GXD. Only the one problem I noticed with this car is pickup during overtaking on hills, rest of things are excellent.

Before purchase this I gone thourgh Ignis, Baleno, I20, Xcent. But my search ends at Toyota Etios liva GXD

Maruti Suzuki cars has good milage but lack of comfortness and safty

Hyundai car good by engire but lack of milage and bad service center.

Toyota car are good except cost. But little cost does't matter if you like your life should be smooth, As I have problem in my spine and I am looking for comfortness, mileage, safty and Serice after sale. That's why my search ends with Toyota.

Comfort, fuel economy, solid engine.Costly, less feature.

Engine is well refined and picks well, though lacks grunt.Body design looks outmoded but performs better than its rivals. Absorbs the bumps on the road. A perfect car for a person who wants it spacious, in-budget, reliable car with no high service costs and can compromise with tech and design.

I PURCHASED ETIOS LIVA PETROL  'V' Varient IN DEC-2016,HAS DRIVEN IT UP TO 3000KM.

Exterior MY RED COLOUR CAR LOOKS BOLD, STYLISH. I have satisfied with it.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The BEST IN CLASS SPACE& & COMFORT. All the safety featurers are made available from BASE varient itself.Instrumentation is less as compared to HUNDAI & other cars but its optimum & all decreases complaints, Maintenence cost.Everything inside this car feels SOLID,eventhough Dash board is very simple (but functional). Plenty of storage places,cooled glove box, 1 lt bottle holder. On all the doors realy enhances comfort level.MUSIC System is Ordinary, if it is replaced.

With a Touch screen & option of having a rear camera exists then surely it will beat all its rivals.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 1.2 lt Petrol engine is peppy & Responsive. Gear box is Superbly smooth,gear shifts are positive. Fuel economy is average, in city-13 km/lt,Highway-17 km/lt, OVERALL-15 km/lt approximately.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride Quality is outstanding probably the best in class. Handling is descent,steering is super smooth at low speed & at high speeds its quite accurate. Around the Corners there is considerable Bobyroll so fast cornering is not easy.

Final Words My overall experience is JUST FANTASTIC.

Areas of improvement Music system should be replaced with touch screen otherwise atleast OPTION OF REPLACING INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR BY A DISPLAY. SYSTEM SHOWING REAR VIEW FROM CAMERA. THIS SYSTEM SHOULD BE COVERED IN TOYOTA GENUINE ACCESERIES. Now they are telling that if we install this system from ouside shop, the WARRRANTY will be Hampered.

This car surprises you by its performance and a smooth city ride. I have driven 3k plus kms and I am very much satisfied. It is however not as eye catchy as new swift or i10 but it looks good enough. Also, on the highway it gives a very good performance and mileage. Toyota has kept its brand name alive with this car.

1. buying experience was great and the executive was very supportive, though there have been few things that i felt are wrongly informed by the showroom like change of fuel filter was claimed that it will need replacement after 1lac kms, but in actual it needs replacement at 50k kms as per service center. There are few more items like this. 2. Riding experience is comfortable but body roll could have been reduced. 3. I personally like the looks of the car and performance, but it seems a bit underpowered sometimes. Mileage is good but you need to be soft on paddles, not a rally car. 4. Service and maintenance is quiet cheap but the service cost increases abruptly on ODO 50k and later services. 5. Pros. Good, comfortable and dependable. Basically a family car u can depend upon. Cons. Bit underpowered and handling could have been improved, it can be felt greatly if pushed hard. Interior is too basic, could have been improved.

I must say beyond regular engine oil change this car demands nothing else, my every service has been done at authorized Toyota showroom at my place and the experience is just great. Toyota's guys at showroom are very well trained to deal with customers, parts and oils are also not that expensive, we never spend more than 2500 in regular servicing (oil change servicing), I must say my Liva is a top notch car I am driving this from 2013 and bought this in 2012 and my experience with Toyota is great and I hope my next car will be a Toyota.

1. Buying Experience is very Good. 2. Driving experience is always very good. 3. This is THE PERFECT car for heavy running. 4. Looks do not matter, performance is Best. 5. Low servicing & maintenance costs. It's like - "Form is Temporary, Class is permanent.
