I have been driven my tigor xz+ petrol for a few thousand kilometers and i am very happy with my decision despite friends suggesting not to go with Tata cars. Everyone has their priority aspects while purchasing the car but mine was in the order of safety, comfort, price, mileage, and features. It has bagged 4 stars in NCAP for safety, it's suspension is very good as compared to the other cars in this segment, price is competitive, mileage it gives 20 kmpl (combined) in eco mode. It has the required features. I have driven in the city and went on long drives about 600kms. I feel confident and safe while driving. It never gave me any problem until now. Coming to the cons the styling is not very much impressive and it's a personal choice. While putting the reverse gear i need to apply slightly more force than the forward gears but for me it's ignorable since it's very slight and if I don't apply then it will be stuck in between. Car-related apps are not useful. Just for namesake, they are lying in the Android store. People say tata service centers are not good but i suggest to enquire and go to a good service center. And also you need to deal with the people who disesteem you for owning a TATA :), just be happy on your decision and ignore those people, also keep in mind every car has some cons be it a supercar or budget car.

Driving experience is fantastic. Overall car is perfect as built quality is good as well as mileage. Buying experience is okay. Engine is a bit noisy on CNG. Look is very stylish. Door lock pin looks odd. Happy to purchase the car.

After buying a new car, from very next day there was issue with auto gear, brake, abs malfunction. Making lots of noise from dashboard, door and outside wind, noise inside cabin. I have kept my new car for five times in tata workshop but still issues are there. Very poor after sale service and worst behavior from tata sanand plant. Quality is compromised. If you want to ride silent car, don't go for tata.

My friend brought this car last year in 2020. 1st 2 silver cars in Maharashtra during lock down period. When I received delivery of it, it looked too classy. The steering experience, gear shifting was too easy and handy. On my city travel in Pune, I am getting 17 km/l. On highways it gives 20+ average. Due to traffic on highway, sometimes I get 19 km/l. But as per petrol cars that is more economical. Comfort is great, we travelled with 4 adults on back seat for 250 km distance. Few people got confused about the car and also was not believing that this car is of TATA make. My family stuff was fitted in the car and I took it to Pune, as there is too much space in the car. Features and entertainment with Harman music system is superb. Suggesting TATA to do something about gear shifting cable. Sometimes it becomes noisy, which is irritating. Also, improve knowledge of people who are at service station about how to keep car looking new as it is. Maintenance is after 3500 kms to 15000 km completion. Also, cost for next servicing is minimum. It's a best Sedan I have ever driven in compact class.

Buying experience is mixed, because showroom wants to sell all extra things and they quoted around 47000 as insurance amount, I got it only for 24000 outside including every thing of that 47k insurance. Driving is actually very good, even drivability is better compared to altroz. Looks and performance is excellent. Servicing and maintenance I yet to discover. Pros - Cheaper in segment, most good looking car, ride quality best in segment , rear seat is comfortable, all necessary features covered, mileage is ok, ground clearance and boot space are best Cons - in xz+ because of lower profile 175/60/R15 sidewalls are very low so tends to frequent punctures or turnout tyres. instead they should provide 185/60/r15 tyres.

Pros 1. Strong Body 2. Good View on Road 3. Good Mileage(In optimum driving upto 24 km with AC in highways) 4. Pretty Good Ground Clearance. 5. Comfort for old people to get in the seats. Cons 1. Engine pull is less(Please wait till they release turbo engine for bs 6). 2. Back Seat AC not available. 3. Little uncomfort in driving seating position.(Need to adjust seat and floor with mats for comfort "anterior ankle" on pedals) 4. Brake, clutch little rough when compared to other sedans. 5. Gear box needs improvement.

I am driving a Tata Tigor XZO Diesel for the past 3.5 years. It is a wonderful machine and robust machine and was available at an exciting price point. It came with many bells and whistles, unlike the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Diesel at the time when we bought it. I bought it from Concorde Tata - which was the company-owned dealership. They had an outlet in Malad West and a Service Centre in Andheri East. The first and second free service of the vehicle was done at Concorde Andheri Authorized Service Centre and were fabulous. Then the nightmare began. Concorde Andheri closed down - there was one more Authorized Service Centre titled Richard Garage which was pathetic. I gave the car for servicing and the service centre was short-staffed. I visited the centre 3 times and every time there was someone new to talk to - the old employees had left their jobs. I was zapped and surprised. After a long wait of a month - they could manage to service the car and deliver and that too without washing. I thought this was one of a kind experience and decided to go with some different authorized service centre the next time. My next 2 services were with Banai Auto - which was very good - professional and polite. But unfortunately - Banai Auto also closed down leaving me with one option - Wasan Motors at Kandivli West. Here the horror began - Wasan Motors' workmen damaged the car by bruising it against a wall or another car. The front left fender was damaged completely and the dent continued until the front bumper. This was noticed by me upon delivery. The person sanitizing the vehicle accepted that this happened at their end and asked me to speak to the service manager. The service manager asked me to take the car home and bring it after a few days as there are too many cars at the moment. Upon my refusal to take the car - he tried to show the JOB Card and said the damage was at the time of delivery itself. BUT THE JOB CARD DID NOT HAVE ANY MENTION OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE. The service executive then realizing his folly, tried pressurising me to claim my zero depreciation insurance for the same. How can I as a customer make a claim on my zero depreciation insurance for an error on the part of the authorized service center? I have brought this issue up on Twitter and also emailed on the customer care email ids of Tata Motors and the Wasan Motors Group. It has been more than 3 days but I haven't heard from them. I sincerely feel that Tata Motors company should do something about their service centers which are limited in numbers and perhaps choked with the increasing sales of Tata passenger vehicles. Every customer at the service center was having some or other issue with the service quality, delivery, and costs. This is not sustainable in the longer run. I have had various brands of cars - Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Jeep, Skoda, etc and this by far is the worst service experience.

Handling and suspension is best in class feels like you are sitting in a SUV while crossing over bad roads, paid service cost is around 3k, not so punchy engine, instant push or revv can drop your mileage as well as your hope drastically as you have to lower down the gear. Highway performance is good, if driving in constant speed you can get unbelievable mileage below 2000 rpm, unlike 4 cylinder engine mileage drop can be observed more in city driving due to continues shifting and braking, cannot fit 3 adults comfortably in rear row, boot is massive and very useful for family and long trips, car build quality is very good! Good for those who are looking for a Sedan, Safety and Style.

Bought my Tata Tigor in Feb 2021, Showroom experience was not good. Unfortunately they didn't delivered my car at right time, it was little bit late but when I got it I was very impressed by Tata. Driving all new Tigor on highway and off road gave me enough confidence and amazing experience. The built quality of Tata is indescribable. It's a complete package and also value of money. As per looks it is quite similar from Tiago but will give definitely give you the Hyundai Verna feel... The Sound system of Harman is simply amazing. Boot space is very good. Best and safest sedan to buy...
