      Good and muscular car. Heavy Engine noise inside cabin. No any safety features. TATA service centre not helpfull. I am not satisfy with his work. Always spend my whole days in simple deffect in my car. Sumo gold is not a good its very powerful car for hilly area and it is king of hill road. Now its time to change the new facelifts, i hope TATA replace as new SUMO gold in future.

    • TATA SPACIO - GOOD CAR BUT APALLING BAD COMPANY SERVICE

      Exterior

       Same old Sumo box look. Some people love it. Most find it boring. I don't hate it.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

       Very very spacious. Seats are bad - rock hard. Ample ample leg space. TATA COULD HAVE PUT IN BUCKET SEATS AND CHARGED EXTRA.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

       3OOO cc. Very high torque. The animal won't stop at anything. No stone too big to go over. My car is 8 years old and has done 1.35 lakh kms. Still gives 13.5 kmpl (that too on diesel !).

      Gear box is not as smooth as in other 'modern' cars. The drive feel is more like a Tata 407 or a Truck.

      Ride Quality & Handling

       Feels more like a Tata 407 or a Truck. Not like a car at all.

      Difficult nay impossible to turn while static (no power steering). However, smooth when on the move.

      Final Words

       GOOD CAR IF YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT FEATURES. BE PREPARED FOR AN INSENSTIVE, DEAF COMPANY THOUGH.

      Areas of improvement  

       (1) CAn install better seats. (2) can introduce power steering. (3) can add step bars on the sides / rear as OE fitment and charge extra. (4) MR RAVI KANT NEEDS TO INSTIL 'CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER' IN SPIRIT AMONG HIS FIELD STAFF.

      i purchased 2014 4th month gx cr4 engine top model technology. engine performance good one,high performance, low maintenance, clutch system awesome. tata sumo body muscular strong. milage 14.0 km. my driveing experience i drived all types road off road performance good high ways good hills road good it takes all challenges.

      Everything is fabulous in this car except Braking. This car is very safety , once i met with a major accident and we all are safely recovered. Perfect mileage , very grand and prestigous car

      good and nice grafics which attracts peoples.

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

      Space is good. My family members are really happy. We enjoyed more trips. I have purchased this vehicle last year in month of May from satara Hem Motors.

       

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

      Performance is really good . Ghat section pick up is good.

       

      Ride Quality & Handling

       Handling is like car because of power stearing, suspention is great in mud roads. we use this vehicle in any ROW roads with great suspention.

      Final Words

      I love Sumo Gold. Really My whole family happy to travel in this vehicle.

      I will sugeest to take this car for family, buisness purpose you will be really satiesfied.

      our vehicle went in KOKAN many times. also it has driven contioniosly 3000 km then also no trouble. It has low servicing cost. We got free of cost replacement of chockupser all 2 wheels.

      At any time it doesn't give any starting trouble.

      I am thankful to TATA MOTORS foe making this kind of Vehicle.

       

      Areas of improvement  

      Dash board and doors making sound after 5000 Km. May be that problem happen with me only.

       

       

      Design also good, good space, good suspension, better fornt lights,dashbord make sound aftr 6 month

      Awesome power and superb mileage... I am driving my sumo gold gx from 2014 and I am still happy with her performance.I want to convey all the haters to take a test drive of this car.Everything in a car doesn't depend on style or looks power is also important!Believe me I am fond of its power and comfort!! Better then bolero and Scorpio(S2 & S4)

      This is best car because it have spacious sitting capacity along with powerful engine and It ground clearance is good 182 mm but it would have been excellent if it ground clearance was higher. I have drive this car in rough and most terrible roads in our district but it is awesome with higher performance engine and with effective ground clearance!

      Riding experience: Tata car good experience But sound coming inside cabin
      Details about looks, performance etc: Looking Tata car very nice and good
      Servicing and maintenance: Better for than other vehicle I think
      Pros and Cons: I like Tata vehicle maintenance cost may be very less than other car

    • A good car for a normal middle class family

      Very good car for middle class family with 6 to 8 pepole. Decent look and style. But please upgrade with safety features such as Abs. Parking sensors and airbags for driver and Co-driver rear ac these necessary things now a days then it will be perfect family car for middle class car buyers. Other wise i loved this car very much.
