Before taking my booking amount, I was explicitly told that the maximum waiting period would be 8–12 weeks. More than four months later, I still have no vehicle, no VIN, no production timeline, and no delivery commitment. The most shocking part was the response I received when I followed up. Instead of taking responsibility or providing a realistic update, I was simply told to cancel my booking because they don’t know when the car will be delivered. If this was the reality, why was I promised an 8–12 week delivery in the first place? During these months: * I received virtually no proactive communication. * I had to repeatedly chase the dealership for updates. * Every interaction resulted in vague answers and false hope. * There was no transparency or accountability. This experience has wasted my time and completely eroded my trust in both the dealership and the brand. A customer investing over ₹20 lakh deserves honesty and professionalism—not unrealistic promises followed by complete uncertainty. If Tata Sisothya cannot honor the commitments they make at the time of booking, they should stop giving customers misleading delivery timelines. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective buyers to think carefully before booking a vehicle from this dealership.

All features are available in this suv and value for the money. Stylist and good looking. Comfortable for long drive and safety features also good. Compare with other suv I think Tata safari is better.
