The actual range I get is 290 km per 100% charging. The on-road price was reduced by 20k by choosing insurance from others. Frank is not yet installed as it shows in the brochure and the dealer is not aware of the same. The big issue is the ACFC installation. Bought the charger from Amazon at a reduced rate but the installation requires a 16 mm cable from the electric supply which is missing. This was not informed by the Dealer. So check the supply cable size before buying the ACFC.

Amazing car with most of the features (including ventilated seats) in the budget. Driven 12000km so far. Getting a range of 320km on 100% charge. Sometimes, a TPMS problem will come, but it is easy to reset.

The service is absolutely pathetic. Mileage is far from what was promised. Don’t fall for the sales team’s sweet talk – all fake promises and lies. My car is just 1.5 years old, has run only 14,000 km, and for the past month, it has been stuck in the service centre due to charging issues and an auxiliary battery failure. Till today, there has been no proper response, no updates, and zero accountability. Instead of resolving the problem, the staff make fun of customers. U have to think a thousand times before planning any trip because the battery can drop suddenly. Using public charging is a huge hassle too: every charging point insist on different apps/accounts to recharge, which is a major inconvenience. We feel trapped and exhausted by this entire situation. This is the worst customer care and service experience I’ve ever had. My sincere request: Don’t buy an EV car, especially not from TATA. You’ll only regret it.

I was really skeptical of EVs but the driving experience, cost, everything is perfect. It’s smooth to drive. Overall, great car. One charge gives an average range of 250-350. If you want to purchase an EV, go for it.

It gives a range of 100 km on a full charge. I can't even drive to the airport in Bangalore at a 100% charge. I don't know what to do with this car now. Their claim is 315km on full charge. What a lie. Its software is full of bugs, it asks to fasten seat belts even when no passenger exists. The dashboard keeps showing random warning messages for no reason. There is nothing in the car which works as claimed by Tata. Tata is openly cheating customers with false claims.

Rang is too bad, it provides between 220 to 240 with the LR top-end version, above the TATA service is pathetic, the Tech is so buggy it gives most of the sensors errors, I'm still waiting for the new software update which TATA will be never be able to release considering such a pathetic QA system,

Driving experience is excellent, I ran my car around 890 km in 5 days' time. you all could imaging. how fun is the drive the car. battery is excellent. safety is high class. Overall superb.
