    • Experience taking new car to service centre from showroom directly

      I am one who experienced what I mentioned in the title. After waiting for more than 40 days and with continuous follow-up, I went to take the car delivery with my family. During the delivery ceremony, we noted that DLR was not working. They asked us to wait so they could fix it. We waited for more than 4 hours without lunch and no proper update, and they said they need to take to bodyshop now. Finally, they asked if it got fixed. I can take delivery, but again, the issue popped up with the new Right indicator not working problem. Don't trust Tata products. Totally unreliable one. What QC and PDI have they done here?

      First time showroom visit was superb. The sales calling experience was not good. It is sometimes annoying as their arguments were in a loop. They don't know too much about automatic cars.

    • Great car with great overall performance and Tata safety

      Its one of the best sellling suv's in India, its performance and safety is good. Its feels very light while driving and doesnt make much noise. Although mileage is a little low as daily city rides give around 9 kmpl only but overall a value for money car and TATA reliability.

      It is one of the best cars, with the AMT, and city driving is very comfortable. The suspension of this car is the best. I drove almost 500kms continuously in one day still there is no pain in my legs and body. So yes, one of the best cars for both city driving and long trips.
