Gear shifting could be more smooth. Tata needs to look on this. Rest all is nice about this great car. Comfort is too good. Boot space to the second row is much enough for 3 man and fir 3rd row is good enough for 2 adult with one kid. Cons. Trunk is too small with 7 seats.

Excellent SUV in this price range..Very comfortable and offers safety. When I am planning to buy a comfortable car for 6 people, 3 options were available..Innova crysta, Renault lodgy and Hexa..Innova is over priced which comes around 22 + lacs for basic version, long waiting period and tht too without any infotainment system in basic car..Then I took TD of Lodgy, which was quite good and reasonable price range.But heard from the people who were using it for more than 2 years that spare parts availability and service was not good in Guntur. Next I drove Tata Hexa. Pros: Commanding position during driving, Comfort for all passengers even in third row, Stability of the vehicle was very good on highways, A.C was quite good even in hot summer, Long journeys was awesome, Felt Luxurious, Amazing music system, Sun shades in 2nd row was cool, Customer friendly in TATA showroom, Guntur, Cons: Parking in tight spots was difficult, Driving in city traffic.

Buying experience: Tata Hexa has been my dream car since its launch.

Servicing and maintenance: Never accept its service and maintenance. Its unbelievable too low service and maintenance costs..

I bought this car 2 years back. And boy-o-boy this car is fabulous and i love it. This is the perfect car in this range of SUVs & MUVs. This car has many great features which make the car a perfect car. Its been 2 years since I'm using this car & I would say that if you are thinking for tata hexa then buy it. ?

1 Buying Experience was good 2 Excellent ride quality not only for driver 3 interior is excellent can't ask for more 4 Service is not up to the mark compared to Mahindra or Suzuki. The local does not have space nor staff to manage high end clients The steering wheel is not smooth and initially you may feel that your are driving a truck Water gets into the car during rainy season through the gaps in rear doors No inbuilt navigation and you need to connect through phone app
