      I am using Tata Harrier XT dark edition from 2020 February. My buying experience was not good with the dealer. Should have been provided more information and on how to talk to the customers. .It's one of the best looking car in this segment with good interior and ride quality. I have done approximately 22000 km and not a single issue till now,. The average I get in city is 13 to 15 km/l and on highway its 17 to 20 km/l. It depends on driving. Maintenance cost after 15000 km is around Rs. 8200/- excluding labour charge because it's free, but the experience is not good from service center. I will change my next service. Pros. Handling, Comfort and Average. Cons : Clutch. Music system hanging issue, some interior paint quality is not good it's getting faded.

      I bought tata harrier on 12feb 2020 dark edition. Buying experience not good it's average I thought tata should work on dealer they never treat good with the customer they should give training to all stop how to treat clients I don't know why tata not working on this.. Driving experience is very good I drove it aprox 3000km mainly in city I love to drive it's bcz it's stearing response and pick up with a luxury cabin where you want to sit again and again. Black color look fantastic whenever you meet a person they ask about this beautiful car. 1st service aprox 1200km cost 0 rupee tata service never give you feel you have harrier it's cost aprox 20lac ... Cons it's cabin noise should be better and finish of material not up the market..

      2 years & 53000 kms completed but every month we need to fight with the service team, need to write every complain in twitter. Very much fed-up with the car. Service has a very much issue with this Tata motors

      This is a pathetic piece of shit. Plus the customer service is extremely bad. My clutch plate was hard. I went to the service center for service and these idiots have made it even harder . True that a truck making company can never make good cars

      Its an real SUV not like MG hector, milage is 20kmpl on highway on 80km/hr in city around 9-11 kmpl take this car anywhere it can take it all, it has an urban design the only area where it lags is the infotainment system when this gets resolved there is no one in its category

      Cons: 1.Slow speed sucks,engine shuts down every other second in first gear especially in climbs. 2.Suspension good for off road as I felt little hard,normal daily road undulations are felt inside. 3.Reverse camera quality/clarity very poor. Pros: 1.Solid Built quality 2.Road Presence 3.Power 4.Interior quality 5.Plush Seats
