Buying with Tata Motors online and call centre coordination was good but the showroom experience was pathetic I am not saying other Tata showrooms won't be that bad as the one in Nerul Navi Mumbai is.
Riding quality is too good but Tata should make some changes to clutch it's not user friendly in manual version when you drive in city and should have a 360° bird eye view camera.No SUV can beat Harrier in looks or performance it's too good I love it.
The service centre is pathetic of Nerul Navi Mumbai. Tata gives a Soul membership to Harrier owner which have it's own benefits but the service center in charge is not happy with this move of Tata they will not co-operate with you for pickup and drop and will ask for some letter from Tata about membership and are worst I don't have words.
Pros I love the car I loved each and everything they tried to give in the SUV you won't regret of spending 20 lakhs
Cons as I said the hydraulic clutch issue in city rides and missing 360° bird-eye view camera
