Good SUV but charging setup installation guys from third party are cheating customers

A very good SUV in looks, ride and build quality. Unfortunately, Tata has given the EV home charging setup installation to a third party. They are cheating customers, 15-meter cable length is part of the installation setup, but they don’t tell this to customers and try to install it very close to the meter to save cable, and they take back the remaining cable. If by mistake you ask them to reinstall the charging port to a convenient place within 10 meters, they will charge cable money again.
