One-month feedback Driven in the Hills (Uttarakhand)and highway(Delhi-Jaipur) Feel the sturdiness in every drive, doors shut with a reassuring thud, and the body feels planted even at high speeds. The engine is more refined and smoother, with less noise and vibration In petrol highway mileage -15kmpl Cng highway mileage -30-35.

I have driven Altroz over 20000 kms & it feels very comfortable & feels safe to drive... best car I have driven ever in my driving career. I would like to give 10 out of 10 to this car.

Comfortable and powerful car, nice car overall. Piecepik and mileage are good overall value for money, and the very strong car features are very good. Tata has made a nice car in this range, very good.

I think everything is fine except for the electronic parking brake and auto hold options. The ground clearance for the diesel automatic is missing, and there are issues with the after-sales service, interior quality, reverse camera quality, and horn.

Stunning looks appeal to all. Responsive engine. Peppy ride. Feature-packed. Epitome of safety. Outstanding music system, ahead of all brands. Considerably luxurious. Amazing to own and drive!

A striking design, upmarket cabin, and some segment-exclusive features define the 2025 Tata Altroz facelift. It also remains the only model in its segment to offer an expansive list of engine options, including petrol, diesel, and CNG.

I have been driving the Tata Altroz Diesel for the last one and a half years, and it has now completed around 18,000 km. Most of my driving includes daily city runs along with a few long highway trips, so this experience is based on proper real-world usage rather than short test drives. The first thing that made me choose the Altroz was its design and build quality. Even after all this time, the car still looks fresh and premium. The doors feel solid, and overall, the car gives a strong and safe feel, which is something you notice every day while using it. When it comes to driving, the diesel engine is not very aggressive but it is reliable and predictable. In city traffic, there is a slight lag at low speed, especially in bumper-to-bumper conditions, and you need to manage the gears properly. Once the car picks up speed, it feels smooth and comfortable. On highways, it performs much better and feels stable even at higher speeds. Overtaking is not an issue, but you do need to downshift for quick acceleration. Mileage has been one of the biggest positives for me. In city driving, I usually get close to around 18 to 20 km per litre, while on highways, it easily goes above that. With mixed usage, the overall fuel efficiency has been quite satisfying and one of the reasons I prefer this car for daily use. Comfort is another area where the Altroz really stands out. The suspension handles bad roads quite well, and you don’t feel too many bumps inside the cabin. Even on longer drives, the seats remain comfortable, and there is enough space for passengers, which makes it suitable for family use as well. The interior is simple and practical. It may not feel the most premium compared to some rivals, but everything is placed well and easy to use. Even after 18,000 km, I haven’t faced any major rattling or quality issues, which shows that the car is built to last. In terms of maintenance, the experience has been decent so far. Regular servicing hasn’t been too expensive, and I haven’t faced any major problems with the car. The service experience depends a bit on the service centre, but overall, it has been manageable. One of the main reasons I went for this car was safety, and that confidence is still there. The car feels planted on highways and gives a sense of control, which is very important during long drives. There are a few things that could have been better. The initial pickup could be smoother, especially in city conditions, and the engine could feel a bit more refined. The infotainment system also feels slightly outdated compared to newer cars. Overall, after using the Tata Altroz Diesel for 18,000 km, I can say it has been a dependable and practical car. It may not be the most exciting to drive, but it does its job well with good mileage, comfort, and strong build quality. For someone looking for a safe and efficient diesel hatchback for everyday use, it is a sensible choice.

Best in segment and best power with a nice interior with up-to-date facilities Super car for family and tour is also given good fuel efficiency with diesel engines. Comfort and space are more than in other segment cars, with boot space and engine performance being best in the segment. Best for long driving and highway performance. If ground clearance is more than enough, then this car is the best in the segment.

I haven't had any issues since I've gotten this. It is superb in terms of interior. Slight issue when you drive on 1 and 2 gears, also issue with the door and window finishing. Other than all things are great.
