It's a better car under 12 lakhs. Driving experience is very nice and decent looks, like a big car of value 20-25 lakhs . Service is decent because Skoda is a big company, so it's better to buy a big company like Skoda, and also the Kylaq is a better car.

Upright driver seating provides a clear view of the bonnet and road. 2. Powerful and refined engine. 3. Safety features not compromised except anti-theft alarm in Signature+ variant. 4. Solid "thud" effect of the doors adds to passenger confidence. 5. Sports mode delivers an engaging drive, especially fun to drive using manual mode. 6. Excellent thigh support for all passengers and the driver, the bucket seat accommodates well. 7. All seats get adjustable headrests. 8. Large boot space will accommodate travel suitcases. 9. Elegant styling without excessive cuts and sharp lines. 10. Good build quality and heavy bonnet, dicky door. 11. Suspension is tuned for a comfortable ride, as it takes all the bad roads well. 12. Light steering at low speed, it adds weight at higher speeds. 13. Confident cornering performance. 14. Budget-friendly than its competitors. 15. The 10-inch touch screen is smooth and lag-free. 16. Good air conditioning performance resolved previous complaints. 17. 15,000 km service or 1 year offered, which gives its competitors an added advantage for reliability. 18. Good service packages enhance customer confidence. 19. LED headlight provides ample coverage, no complaints for me. 20. Limited body roll. 21. The smooth TC gearbox does 75% of the DCT job. Elegant shifting of gears without any jerk. 22. 60:40 seat split with rear armrest provides comfort and convenience. Cons: - 1. Rear camera quality is not acceptable. 2. No front parking sensors. 3. City mileage remains 8-9 (new car, I have done 100kms only, expecting to improve). 4. TPMS provides set tyre pressure alerts only. The actual tyre pressure of the wheels is not displayed. 5. Rear wiper and paddle shifter missing. 6. Dual-tone alloy wheels would have enhanced the looks and customer preference for Signature+. 7. No gear shift indicators in Drive mode. Sports mode has gear indicators. 8. Bumpers are not body colored. Missing the completeness of the car for the Signature+ variant is worth 15L cost. 9. Occasional plastic rattles: interior plastics can be better, but not bad. 10. Suitable for two well-built adults in a rear seat. 11. Leg room could have been offered better by compromising a bit of boot space. 12. A bit of engine noise at lower RPM can be felt inside the cabin. Conclusion: - If you are an enthusiastic driver who values performance, cabin safety, elegant design, comfort, and a reliable TSI engine with a butter-smooth TC gearbox, the Kylaq will be your excellent choice. If sunroof and other features are not in your priorities, Kylaq will win your heart and mind in this budget.

Buying experience was good.Booked online in December 2024, got a call from Saisha Skoda Jaipur in Jan 2025 for a test drive.I got the test drive and confirmed, and got delivery in February 2025. The experience was smooth and fast. Driving experience is excellent.Turbo kicks in early, and you have ample power from the very beginning. The gear shift is seamless. Acceleration is great (0-100KM in approx. 10 sec).Handling is fantastic. Steering has excellent feedback. Looks are subjective.The quality of the exterior and interior is good. Seats, steering, buttons, and surfaces are nice to touch.Touchscreen responsiveness is good. The sound system is okay.The 1st service is after a year or 10000 KM.Yet to do that.The driving and ownership experience is excellent.Only it should impove in Reverse camera, less features, availability of service centres (depends on the user).if driven enthusiastically 10Kmpl.otherwise to approximate 12/14 Kmpl in the city and approximate 18/19 Kmpl on the highway at 80-100 Kmph.It is better than Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, etc. Other cars may have better features for certain users.

Skoda should increase your touch infotainment system it looks very short. The boot space is around not more than 400 but it ok ..... steering feels light ... not like other Skoda cars rest is all good.

Skoda Kylaq Signature AT is a value for money product at this price. The low-end torque and the creep function are quite strong in the Skoda Kylaq AT, and I feel you don't need to worry about not having the Hill Hold Control feature in Signature, as the car doesn't roll back and creeps only forward on an incline without Hill Hold. The Automatic transmission is butter smooth, and there is no lag or jerks during gear shifts. The Torque Converter AT tuned with 1.0 TSI is amazing and very comfortable in city rides, and much superior to AMTs.

The car is so nice and value for money, it's easy to drive and safe, comfortable, now it's my family member with huge emotions, I love Skoda, I am happy with Skoda, it's my first car, I feel proud to be a Skoda owner.

My ownership experience with the Škoda Kylaq has unfortunately been extremely disappointing and concerning, particularly because the problem occurred within the very first hour of taking delivery. I purchased a brand-new Škoda Kylaq automatic from Mahavir Škoda, Vijayawada, and took delivery on 29 July 2026 at around 7:00 PM. What should have been a memorable occasion for my family turned into an experience I never expected from a brand-new car. What happened on the day of delivery Within approximately one hour of delivery, the vehicle stopped abruptly in traffic and displayed warnings including EPC, Engine Check Lamp and “Start Engine Manually.” A dealership technician attended the vehicle and disconnected/reconnected the battery. Most of the warnings disappeared, but the Engine Check Lamp remained. I was advised to refuel the vehicle. After refuelling and driving only about another 2 km, the vehicle stopped again, with EPC and engine-related warnings appearing once more. My wife, children and I were left stranded for nearly three hours on what was supposed to be the first drive in our brand-new car. Later that night, the vehicle was examined by Mahavir Škoda’s Master Technician. A diagnostic scan carried out in my presence showed fuel-pump-related errors. What concerns me most The issue is not merely whether the vehicle is functioning normally now. My fundamental question remains: Why did a brand-new Škoda Kylaq stop twice within the first hour of delivery? The vehicle was subsequently taken by Mahavir Škoda to its workshop on 1 August 2026. Despite my repeated requests, I am still seeking a clear and convincing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) explaining those two stoppages. I have also requested the relevant diagnostic/fault-code information and PDI documentation so that I can understand exactly what happened to the vehicle. I have been informed that subsequent testing has not reproduced the problem and that the vehicle is ready for collection. However, saying “no issue found now” does not, in my view, explain why the vehicle stopped twice immediately after delivery. My concern is safety and confidence A new car is purchased with an expectation of reliability and, above everything else, safety. After experiencing two stoppages within the first hour—with my family inside the vehicle—it is extremely difficult for me simply to take the car back without knowing the technical root cause. I therefore requested replacement of the vehicle or a refund, because my confidence in this particular vehicle has been seriously affected. I want to make it clear that my intention in sharing this review is not to malign the Škoda Kylaq as a model or Škoda as a brand. This review records my personal ownership experience with this particular vehicle and the manner in which my complaint has been handled. I sincerely hope Škoda India and Mahavir Škoda provide a transparent technical explanation and a fair resolution. For prospective buyers: The Kylaq may have many qualities as a product, but my experience demonstrates why the delivery process, proper PDI, technical transparency and after-sales response when something goes wrong are just as important as the specifications of the car itself. I will update this review once Škoda provides the definitive Root Cause Analysis and final resolution.

It's a very good car, with very good style, looks, interior and exterior design, pure safety, and a very powerful engine. Now, Tata Nexon has a real competitor. Tata Nexon's sales figures should be down due to its awful design, engine, service maintenance, and reliability. Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and Hyundai Vanue sales were also affected although both cars have good quality engines and reliability. Buyers have more options in the Compact SUV segment. Best car in this segment.

Improve reverse camera quality, mileage, & sound system quality. The front bonnet inner cover required it to be very hot after parking. Purchased a signature plus 1.0 AT after 500 km.
