Driving a skoda or VW is always a driver’s pleasure and the kylaq delivers it without any compromise in comfort and ride quality. It was a amazing experience so far and it goes like a rocket when you hit that accelerator and the brakes or also sharp. the amazing part is that steering and its sharpness.

This is my first car purchase. I wanted a good car for long drive as well as for city use. Kylaq is no nonsense choice for both. The tornado red looks astonishing although Skoda has discontinued it now which seems stupid. The biggest plus is its 114bhp 178NM turbo engine which is smoothest in its category. It can easily do 120-140 kmph without breaking a sweat. Steering is light and gives you confidence at higher speed and turns. Suspension is neither too soft nor too hard. Gear shifts are smooth in AT. Boot space is large .Though it misses on ADAS and 360 camera, it is not a problem for me. Only thing lacking for me in Signature Plus is projector LED headlamp which is available only in Prestige model. Other than that car is perfect for a family of four. Back seating is best for two adults and one child. But seating comfort is good and has good thigh support and decent legroom. Only con is that the mileage is average. In highway I am getting 15-16 kmpl. In city depending on traffic it may vary from 08-12 kmpl.

Pros: 1. Exterior design is elegant yet SUV-like. You can immediately know from quite far away that this is a Skoda car. IMO it'll age, we'll too. 2. Interiors are plush and spacious. Materials are of great quality. 3. The 1.0 ltr TSI engine, on paper, sounds nothing fancy. But believe me, it's a roaring powerhouse. I have driven many cars, including the Kylaq's competitors like Venue and 3XO, but no vehicle offers the driving pleasure like this one. You'll want to keep driving it more and more, because it's so engaging and fun. It also has a very strong known engine life. 4. Compared to its peers, body roll is minimal, be it during extreme turns or pothole-ridden roads. Its suspension setup is quite good. 5. It has a pretty decent mileage, but may not be the best out there. I'm getting around 12-13 in city traffic (including bumper-to-bumper traffic) and about 17 on highways. But if you start revving the engine like Vin Diesel, then obviously the mileage drops to single digits. 6. The build quality is great. The chassis and the platform on which Kylaq has been built are tested and proven, which reflects in the build. 7. The touchscreen and infotainment systems are also pretty good. They work seamlessly and consistently. 8. The rear boot space is quite large. I personally wanted to have a car with large boot space, and this definitely fits a lot of luggage and leaves space for more. 9. The steering feedback is extremely good. It feels light, responsive, and yet very sturdy on highways. 10. The turning radius of this vehicle is great. You'll not have any trouble maneuvering in high-traffic areas or tight spaces. Cons: 1. The initial thrust of the engine may be a bit (I mean, a very small bit) lacking in power. This shows when there's a lot of bumper-to-bumper traffic. But once it picks up a slight momentum (like a 1500+ RPM range), the engine starts gunning again. This can be managed once you get used to the vehicle and understand its power delivery across different RPM ranges. Wasn't a deal-breaker for me, though. 2. If the persons sitting in the rear seats are hefty or have big body built, then the Kylaq can be best used as a four seater. It's quite tight for 3 big-sized adults to sit. For us, rear seating was not a problem since none of the regular users in our family are of big built, so 3 of us could sit relatively comfortably. 3. I do understand about other students cons of Skoda cars like expensive service costs and spares, but I'm not in a position to comment since I've not yet experienced it. But I've also heard that these have been addressed to a great extent.

It is a very good SUV car and decent mileage little bit more space is needed in the back seat row. Otherwise, it's a nice car middle-class family for a German car and the style also looks good, nice one ...

Engine power and Interior quality are superb. Highway driving and the Rear seat are comfortable. Only one thing, please open new showrooms and service centres in every city in Karnataka.

I had to scour through different makes and models under the sub-4-metre compact SUV segment to finally lock my heart on the new Skoda Kylaq. Of course, I had to go for the top-end model as it had a sunroof and also gave a much more premium feel inside the cabin as compared to its other variants. Having driven it for close to a month now, I'd point out that I've had a superb driving experience so far. I'll touch upon a few pros smooth and comfortable riding experience, with features like hill hold, ESP, and cruise control. A premium look both on the interiors as well as from the outside. With superb suspension and, smooth steering wheel. Mileage has been decent so far. I got a 15.5 mileage combining travel in cities as well as highways, I drive with a light pedal. The spacious boot, fair enough space for rear passengers, no red flags here. I found the horn pretty fine and loud enough, and the infotainment system seems good to me. Also, the talk about reverse parking display, for a person who's had experience in parking without a reverse display, should not have any complaints. I loved the keyless locking features.

It is a good-looking car with a Smooth engine. The Space for the rear seat is ok, not an issue.

Exterior designing especially rear view needs some work.Camera quality is not that great, We should have used better camera.Horns are horrible and have to be improved definitely.
