The worst body built innova crysta

I am a doctor and I purchased my innova crysta vx on 2017 December..On Feb 1st I had an accident.. while going around 70km speed suddenly a two wheeler came across from a side road... directly hit over my vehicle.. everybody is safe including the bike riders except minor injuries.FIR filed and I have my copy. In voice for my vehicle is around 8,00,000.i have full insurance bumber to bumper.Eventhough company people asking me to pay around 40,000 extra for some steering work.. For just a two wheeler hit injury our innova crysta makes you to pay this much means you people can understand the build quality of this vehicle.. My suggestion for all new buyers of crysta please rethink about your decision...it's very poor quality and very very expensive..

New Innova is better than the old one

Exterior Excellent style with LED fog lamps and auto head lamps and many stylish designs in the exterior segment. There are many accessesories available in the showroom.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) 7 inch touch screen for the next gen innova crysta and there are 20 bottle holders inside- a big change in the new Innova.

3D type speeodometer and blue colour illumination inside the car. there is a start and stop buttton.

Automatic door sensing and a new stylish key. Automatic climate control and a rear a/c controller at the rear seat.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox An excellent engine performence with 143 bhp (the old innova with 101 bhp) and the fuel economy is 14 - 15 km/l and a stylish gear lever.

Another feature is that when the car reaches above 100 km/h there is no sound inside the car but the old innova had sound coming inside

Ride Quality & Handling Smooth riding and very good handling with the features like ABS, EBD and hill start assist.

Final Words An excellent MPV to buy

Areas of improvement Improvement in the gear lever, as it dances when the car starts.

About the Innova Crysta

Toyota Dealership experience is very good and lavish for me, the way they interact with their customers and the way if their Hospitality its amazing. While Driving the Innova Crysta is an amazingly brilliant experience and the power feel the car gives its very Thrilling. The looks is very eye catching and the performance is also increased w.r.to the earlier innova. Maintanance is not as much as compared to its competitors but the maintenance cost is high of Toyota as compared to Tata. Toyota should give the 2.4 ZX model in 8 Seater option. Bcoz i was willing to go for top end spec but due to only 7 seat option i ended buying 2.4 VX insted of 2.4 ZX. I am also missing the top end spec features like Cruise Comtrol and Driving Modes. Toyota shall consider this issue and should make the changes. I am owinig innova since 2010 and its my 3rd innova. Well its a very good machine and i am satisfied and happy to own this

Don't keep high expectations

Service and maintenance of this vehicle is high contrary to expectations. AC needs to be improved and is not worth for this type of vehicle. But for name nothing great about this vehicle.

King of the segment!!

The car is amazing. The space is the USP of the car. The features are fine for today's world. The features could have been added more . The service is the best. Toyota reliability is known to the world so no need to say about that. Only con of this car would be the price and the amount of features. This is the reason it is the king of the segment and will always be.

One of the best SUV in market

Innova crysta is one of the best suv in the market. Buying experience and servicing is so good. Interiors is not so good but the comfort is way better than other suv in segments. Maintenance of car is little higher than the other cars. Overall happy with this beast.

Best car i have ever driven. Luxury, ride quality everything in this car is superb. Once u buy this car then only one can understand what i want to say. Beat car in its segment.
