    • Unreliable and Faulty Nexon

      Purchased Nexon XZA+ on 20/6/2019 from Ambattur, Chennai. High vibration of car in 1st gear and reverse from day 1. Dealer executive said " I have to get adjusted to new Car" !!!!. Weird noises after applying brake from front and back. Complained at Service center - they said it is normal. Complained to CEO Concorde and Tata Motors twice no use. They will call and say everything is normal. Complained to Customer care head - Vehicle was in service center for 7 days (in 2nd month of purchase, earlier visited service center twice within a month) and found that Clutch is defective. To change clutch and fly wheel they made to buy AMC Gold which I was not interested but to get my car out of service center, I had to pay. Nexon is Nuxan - never ending problems. As per TATA all these problems are normal !! 1. Knocking sound from engine while AMT shifts gear from 1 to 2 to 3. 2. Weird noises after braking. 3. Swing motion front & back like wooden toy horse after braking (min. 3 times). Even in Govt. you will not fall front unless hard braking. 4. Inconsistent and mis fits in interiror plastic - looks super rich from outside but plastic is of cheap quality - any item placed in glove box, door panel, sun glass folder will result in sound / vibration while driving. And lastly forget about mileage - 6 to 6.5 in city traffic while MID shows constant 8 which is tampered by TATA. Two months of nightmare owning this vehicle and feeling as if I have burnt my Rs.11+ lakhs. Reason for buying AMT is drive smoothly in traffic but Nexon is complete package of unpleasant driving experience in traffic. I feel as if I am driving a 10 years old car and sense that I may need to change clutch every 5000 kms. Everyday I have to be cautious that no other problem creeps in. Earlier I have driven Polo for 75k kms without changing clutch. When product itself is defective any level of service given by TATA will not give trust on their cars.

    • Default Tata nexon xza+ cheating customers faith

      I got purchased new Tata Nexon xza+amt 2019 after purchased only 50km run and engine didn't workhorse pipeline disconnected again I coll Tata service center than repaired my car than again after 100km run s as me issue horse pipe disconnected and engine stop I did face lots of problems in this Nexon again I complained Tata head office emails but Tata rmo said after repairing you don't face any issues but after repairing same problem I am facing Tata cheating our customers faith so p/z don't buy Tata Nexon xza+amt this is manufacturing defect Tata company not resolve my issues.

    • Nexon XZA plus AMT 2019 - mileage giving only 9 km

      Recently brought nexon xza plus amt in chennai 2019 model. From starting, am facing so many issues reverse camera showing reversely , for that they took 5 days for rectification. They have updated entire software .When I drive at rain time the reverse camera is not working properly. Rear seats are not locked properly. More than this am now facing mileage issues which is giving only 9 km. Reported to show room and complaint raised to TATA directly but no resolution was taken for that instead they are giving tiffin box as gift. I don’t know why??? I would not suggest AMT in Tata which is giving worst mileage. Services are not taking care properly. You can connect me @ 7********11

    • Not good experience with this so called confort amt and safest car.

      I am not a car expert, My friends did advice me to go for any other car but not Tata car(post service issue), and now i have the same feeling that i should hv gone for other car. Since the day i bought it..not so pleasant experience. The Biggest head right now the Car mileage.. while Purchasing i did clearly tell the sales Person the millage is one the requirement.. and they told me Car average is up to 17 km on highway, however I can expect up-to 15 km minimum.and within city 12- 13 km. However after 3000km, one servicing and number of trips on high I ma failing to get the near by average. Within city, if heavy traffic up-to 6 km and normal traffic up to 7km... I did travel number of times on high way and I barely got 10.5km).. I ma not sure if the case is with my car only.. or petrol XZA+. Another serious issue, if you are stuck in heavy traffic for longer time, start getting a beep of auto gear box problem.. that beeps continues, when you accelerate. but when u release the break, care start moving back, instead of moving ahead on flat road too. I visited the service center, they did some code setting refresh, problem was solved, but started getting again. last one around servicing, I did denting painting work on door and quality of work was so poor, i could see color patches on car bonnet fenders, fiber parts. unfortunately my overall experience is not good with this so called comfort automatic and safest car.

    • Value for Money, Amazing Car with every feature you will look for in a Car

      This is a car which have everything you will look for in a car and specially for a small family. Driving experience is super with its power, performance, features and look obviously. Safety is prooved by Global NCAP rating with 4*. Its suspension is super in any type of rough road and no need to mention its winning ground clearance compare to otger cars in market. I was planing for i20 but once i test drive this car, i never thought about anything again and went with this because of its amazing driving experience. Till now i drove it for around 2000km and its amazing everytime I drive my car. Only one free service done as of now and experience was ok ok from the service center. Milleage is one thing that may be a concern for people if you are looking for good millege. Its giving 10 in city and 13 in highway as of now in my XZA PLUS Petrol Automatic. If you are looking for a good looking and good feature car go for it, you will never regret for sure.

      It's pretty good car.....overall outstanding....we bought this car some time before like recently it's extremely outstanding we love the comfort and in long drives we won't be stressed after driving it's engine is really good and the power of the car is outstanding we mostly use the car for long drives o suggest u all to buy this car because its in our budget and pretty good

      Sometimes car feel underpowered specially in eco mode but overall i am happy with car and automatic is easy to drive specially in traffic and my wife also loves to drive this car. It is very comfortable from inside, cautioning is good and sound quality of speakers is great

      It has smarty and sporty look and more comfortable than other cars in this range. Excellent driving and control. Right side hood disturbs on right turn is its drawback. And feel some gear shifting problem not so smooth and the space for clutch pedal from side rest is very small or narrow. Overall performance is excellent.Can say value for money. Value of excellence.
