I purchased new car wagon r cng in December 2018 from Sr. No. 47/2a/2 CTS No. - 3800, Off, Pune - Satara Rd, Taware Colony, Pune, Maharashtra 411009 my vehicle registration number is MH12RF2341 There is some problem in car's engine. I told them it is manufacturing fault some kind of noise is coming from engine from the beginning before 1st service. The service advisor told me your car is new so problem will solve very soon. after shown 4to5 time they failed to solve the problem after that I shown my car S.No. 36, 2c/1, Solapur - Pune Hwy, Tal Haveli, Manjari Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 412307. No result found from manjri services station they also failed to solve my problem. Now yesterday again I went to Chowgule Industries Pvt.Ltd, Sr.No.53 Pune-Satara Highway, Katraj, Pune, Maharashtra 411046. Regarding same issue they are taking charges from me still my car is in under warranty. Everyone from Maruti Suzuki person just giving me misguide and making me fool. I am using maruti Suzuki Wagon r lxi (o) cng I am going out of station with my family and kids so many time that engine is making noice very loudly if happened any bad incidents with me i will keep responsible only for maruti suzuki company. Now what I have to do I need to burn my car in the front of showroom or should I show to on media? Now should I go to consumers court with regarding this matter to get my money back. I am very upset from your service every time I am sending my car with full tank of cng and proper petrol they gave me empty tank still they have not solved the problem many time. and many days I kept my car in service center only . I am very disappointed with car service. I done lots of support from my side but I give nothing without financially and mentally disturbance from maruti Suzuki . I am requesting to you please change my car or give my money back Thank SUDHIR WAGHMARE 866*******31

Feature Packed ZXi with Smooth and Powerful 1.2L engine

It's been 2 months since I have bought this big boy, and have crossed 1000 kms despite lockdown. Before finalizing Wagon R, I checked Altroz, Nios, Tigor and even had Triber in list with 7 Lakhs limit. But after the test drive I immediately booked WagonR. I choose the Top Trim ZXi 1.2L especially coz of its 4 cylinder smoother and powerful engine which is same as swift, Baleno etc when compared to the lower variants. Also the ZXi variant comes with loaded premium features touch screen, Android Auto, Auto ORVMs etc . But you will miss alloy wheels, Auto climate Control. The cabin as well as the boot space is really large and it's definitely a good choice for middle class family. I have been driving an Alto LXi for past 12 years without any trouble and that reliability over the Maruti brand is also one of the prime reason for choosing it. The body roll present in the previous version of wagon R is absent in this new gen which really adds to the pleasure of riding. Overall a good value for money choice for 7 Lakhs.

External CNG fitting is not better

If you want to do CNG externally, don't go for it as I have driven this car 1,56,000 km in 9 years in CNG externally fitted. Headwork is compulsory at every 40000 km and car will vibrate after head work and also off while in full ac with full passenger and become irritating driving experience once it head work comes to the engine. So don't save 75000 rs and buy company fitted CNG as they have used technology to prevent these issues. Don't save 35000 rs through external cng fittings, you will get irritated by car performance after each 40000/- km.

Bad Buying experience

1. Before booking, senior sales person given lots of scheme in cng car such as cash offer or 36000 accessory kit, we will get discount 27k , 5000 company offer & 22000 dealer offer but after delivery 0% discount in any scheme.

Disappointing build quality but light on pockets

Booked this car in Jul 21 and received delivery in Aug 21. Initial CAR Experience was OK. Took this toy for a long drive of 800+ Kms. On the highway, CAR returned 35 mpkg and 21 km/l.. Running this CAR on CNG is the best part. Doesn't lag on performance. Switching between Petrol to CNG is Auto but returning from CNG to Petrol is not Auto it keeps blinking. Suspension is not so gr8 riding quality if not so good compared to other similar segment cars. Headlights suck big time on highways must change and install FOG lamps. The company seems to provide you a basic box with gr8 mileage you need to pay for extra fittings. Don't buy any accessories from dealers install it outside much cheaper deals. For eg., the Cost of central locking installation from a dealer is 7k+ and the same genuine parts get installed outside for 4k+. That should give you a clear understanding. Do your research before buying accessories. CAR has a high smoke exhaust issue, and water gets sprinkled in the cabin while raining don't know from where it gets in (Door wiser installed). 5 People can travel in this CAR peacefully. Maruti should provide a CNG Tank cover but that is also you can purchase outside. CAR cost is getting higher due to high demand and mileage. If you can wait don't rush wait for TATA CNG products to get launched if you cant wait buy this box and you will not regret your decision. In short, CAR is good for CITY travel with limited light visibility. If you are taking it for log drives replace lights. Light on pockets!!!

Best car for middle class family

The best feature of this car is it's economy.Since it's a CNG variant which is affordable for middle class families.Interior is good.The mileage is awesome.Company claims to provide 35km/kg on CNG,it's more than enough .

Wagon R family car

Wagon R is my first car. It is overall good for family. But design may be better. I drive it in my village roads, experience is good. I think the car is a low maintenance one. It is low budget big car.

cheap marketing and sale tactics by Maruti India

1. Never buy maruti cars, we Indians love lower price range cars by maruti, but maruti doesn't sell cheap priced cars. In turn their showroom staff will never tell you the facts. 2. After you deposit advance they will come up with other charges. Now you are trapped. 3. Maruti has taken out all basic accessories which were earlier in there in even mid segment car but now they have taken it out and asked you to buy it as a bundled accessory. This is the way they earn extra profit. After delivery you will come to know that your top model is fitted with only 2 speakers. Now you can't do any thing and showroom agent will have an answer for all your queries. They are thieves of highest order. Better go for some other company like Tata or others who have some morality & ethics left with them. Maruti is another East India company.
