Got my car yesterday. Initial impressions are pretty good. Ride is comfortable and enjoyable. Buying experience, initial impressions - Went for the Sigma petrol manual variant, metallic magma grey. Colour looks pretty impressive from the exterior. Car had a hairline scratch at the time of delivery which I have been assured will taken care of during first service - in writing. That being said, buying experience was good and getting a Maruti from a NEXA showroom really wows you. Ride quality, driving experience - Since it is really new, haven't really given it the beans yet. So can't comment much on the engine perfomance. Only that at the top gear, overtaking isn't a cakewalk and downshift is necessary especiallly at lower rpms; works me though. That being said, ride quality is pretty good and enjoyable. Have driven it for around 175 odd kms and averaging 15.8 Km/L as of now. Equipments and Functionalities - Regarding the equipments functionalities on offer, really impressed with the MID and the speakers. Sound system is up to the mark, no issues there as well. Haven't really seen the smart hybrid system in action much (might be due to my highway driving). But initial impressions are that it might not work as desired with manual ac in on condition. Not quite sure though. Sore points - 1. Tire Noise - OEM equiped tires are the Goodyear Assurance Triplemax, the grip being good the problem is with the tire noise. On even roads like highways it doesn't really bother you, but on bad roads, the noise becomes unbearble without music on. That being said, this has been observed as a genuine thing with these set of tires and the noise is said to come down post 3-5k kms. 2. Gear Shifting Had slight issues while shifting gears. The throws weren't ending up at the desired gear spot at times. Might be something to do with driving style and previous driving experience. Thing I would have liked to have but don't come with sigma variant - 1. Cruise control 2. All auto windows 3. DRL's 4. Auto dimming IRVM

Nice sedan car. Comfort setting, nice look. I like it. It has a lot of space. If sufficient for five-person. Its suspension is good and excellent. I love this car. The driving experience is nice. It gives a rich look to your family. Those want the great experience of driving they must buy this sedan. Best luck for the new sedan car

Ciaz car is a perfect sedan for a small family. It ensures all the comfort for the user as well as passenger. It has a smooth riding and handling experience although I have driven it around 5000 km approx. It gives you a perfect driving pleasure when it comes to driving. It gives me a mileage of around 15 kmpl on highway of petrol version.

i Love this car it's really awesome that bin quantity and on and the riding experience is the amazing I have automatic car that pickup is amazing I really doubt that car and also that car average quiet to awesome they look amazing performance excellent service and maintenance cost much higher but I prefer only showroom services to prefer attended time I didn't invest any money from that car right now I didn't know pros and cons for extremely sorry

Superb car!! Good milage with min. Maintance ..its premium sedan look !! Interiour is very spacioues ,good comfort better leg room and boot space is highest in segment !! For ground clearenc is less but grab and controlling on road is superb!!

BUYING EXPERIENCE IS VERY POOR RIDING EXPERIENCE IS ALSO POOR... FOR TALL PERSON LOOK IS GOOD PERFORMANCE WISE IT IS POOR SERVICE IS MAIN CONCERN IT IS NOT CHEAP AS PEOPLE THINK THAT MARUTI IS NOT COSTLY COMPARING WITH OTHERS. MAINTENANCE IS A CONCERN YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF MATERIAL USED FOR BODY IS VERY POOR IF YOU HIT YOUR HAND ANYWHERE ON THE BODY IT WILL GET DENT ON IT. AVERAGE ...IF YOU DRIVE WITH AC IT WILL GIVE ABOUT 17 TO 18 KMPL ON HIGHWAY WITHOUT AC IT GIVES ABOUT 20 DEPENDING ON YOUR DRIVING STYLE. NO FUN TO DRIVE...SWIFT DIESEL HAVING MORE PICKUP THEN THIS.

Buying experience was pathetic with Nexa Pratham in Bangalore. Riding experience is good with an overall good performance. This has an awesome design and looks. Service experience is not so great.
