      Proud owner of the new Honda Civic. This is my dream car since my childhood. I am proud that I am able to afford this car at this stage of my career. The looks are awesome and striking. You will definitely feel the road presence and the people just turn around to look at the car. The performance and mileage has been good as well. I am almost getting 10 KMPL in Bangalore city and it just 2 months old car. The only cons I see is that the car is a bit overpriced for the features it provides. Think Honda should reduce the pricing by 1.5 - 2 lakhs. Overall a great package for a fun-filled drive with family & friends.

    • The epic experience with few downs...!!

      I have purchased my civic one month back and I have driven it 3000+ kms. I love the way it looks. It has awesome looks and excellent design. The CVT gearbox is quite responsive and smooth. The midrange is little suppressed in ECON mode but once off the econ mode the pick up and power is excellent. The paddle shifters really helps in overtaking. The ground clearance is really improved and now no more scraping of belly. The suspensions and brakes are really good. Interior is driver centric and feels really premium. Improvement needed in infotainment system, the sound quality is good but not the best. It is the era of large touchscreen, Honda should provide more features. Some more premium features like ventilated seats and ambient lighting are needed at this price point. Surprisingly, Speed sensing Auto door lock is missing..!!!

    • Fantastic Car for a Family

      I was looking for an upgrade from Swift, I tried City , Verna , Yaris and Vento. None of the car made me feel that i should spend around 14 lakhs. I raised my budget and tried Corolla , Civic and Octavia. My wife love Civic and we both hated Corolla. No doubt Octavia performance is better compared to Civic but Civic had more practical gadgets like stop and move button during city travel. Also its more upgraded than Octavia and of course everybody said poorly about famous Skoka servive. I have driven around 12000 km and after 3rd service I am getting a performance . The car zips now acceleration has improved, last i drove at 165 and didn't feel anything, no trembling etc. Fantastic car for a family

      The car is to compressed to get in, we need take in to consideration the elderly people for using the car headroom at rear too low. Getting in at front also was a pain, how can a person consider the car for driving when the basic necessity of getting in and out is a exercise, this is comparison to Toyota altis , Skoda Octavia also to some extent Hyundai Elantra. We can consider this car for the only the age group of youngsters like 18 -35 years Review expressed are on individual observations.

    • Why you should go for Civic everytime

      I've been driving this car for some years now and it's the perfect I've driven. From comfortability to fuel consumption, it is the perfect car. It's luxurious, can travel long miles, and your comfort with that is perfect.

      I had a test drive. It looks good but still not at par with Skoda Octavia. Rest is fine. I drive a Skoda Octavia 1.8 TSI Automatic. When I drove Civic, it performed good but I felt a low end power from this 1.8 liter i-vtec motor. Didn't expect this from Honda. Lane watch camera is nice but had to have 360° view. Alloy wheels are awesome. Boot had better to have a notchback opening like the skoda's. Sunroof should be in VX variant too. Larger boot will be appreciated.

      Had a short glimpse of the car in traffic, totally stands out due to it's coupe design and sleek body graphics, considering the coupe design and sunroof I (6'2) was able to sit comfortably inside on all 5 seats. The cockpit like interior is just stunning, although an all black interior would be much more appreciated, but even the beige has it's upside that gives the car a more airy feel. The i-vtec motor (petrol) is really responsive in the mid range. This machine has a lot of 1st in segment features such as lane watch camera, cockpit interior, full led light treatment,which give it an upper hand in the market. Comparing with the previous civic, this model has rectified all the shortcomings on the old one such as ground clearance. A must buy for enthusiasts

      Riding experience: I drived honda city smooth driving i impressed with honda
      Details about looks, performance etc: All honda vehicles looks very nice
